Tesco delivery arrived yesterday. I put it all away and went straight back to bed. I've been feeling tired and "off colour" for a few days now. A bit better today but still not quite right. Hopefully I can make up for it the rest of the week.
NSD No 9 though so that's good.Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.8 -
Abundant - remember not to over commit yourself! Not every day is equal in terms of freneticness/ tech/ relaxing. You have work time and family time that are non- negotiable. The rest is flexible. And make time for non-gaming fun too!!!

NSD 6/15, drank 1500ml water, and had a 38 minute brisk walk before starting work this morning. Listed a few things to sell. I missed a really good 0lio yesterday because I’m trying to look at my phone less.
Grateful for OH making lunch, a refreshing walk, and the NHS.

I am so un-proportionally happy that I managed to go for a run this morning that I will probably spend all evening on the couch. A spendy weekend, so will be a very quiet week. And I am grateful for ds1 getting in touch with his uni superviser, he is already much happier.

Monday- NSD 8/15.
DD back to school- she seems to have done "some" work, and had a good day, I was at work, but finished early to deal with end of school pick up.
Ice is fast disappearing so roads were much better today.
Have to go and give DD a bit of a prompt to get some music practice done-I think she should have an online lesson at some point this week.

Lost a huge post (one of my epics). In brief, also not feeling good - under par for about ten days and running a temperature and my skin feels 'prickly' yesterday and today. So in anticipation of things possibly getting worse I watched the Minimalism film this morning whilst reading the clutter clearing thread and getting ready for the day, including applying potions and lotions - antiseptic cream, vapour rub, nothing exotic - to bits of my anatomy. We had a charity bag in the mail box so mum has parted with over a dozen items, I added a couple plus bubble wrap and an extra bag to make it more waterproof. Going to start counting the things going out but not sign up to another challenge just yet. Today's total is 35 (35/2021). I was awake at 3 am and trawling the boards. An extra bonus is that I could move some of mum's clothing from my room into the spaces I'd made in her drawers.
This afternoon I have been watching 'Tinker Tailor' (47 minutes watched in over 5 hours) whilst chopping and peeling all the in need of using up veg and a few odds and ends from the fridge. Total so far is 2 portions of lamb curry (one eaten, one boxed for later in the week), 2 - 3 portions of veg curry (took half the sauce and most of the veg out before adding the lamb, going to add butter beans and lentils to this, probably 5 portions of veggie pasta bake, 2 portions of mash using the remaining 4 baking potatoes from the old bag (also have a pile of sprouting bits to plant), one pan of new potatoes. A whole cauli (small one) has been chopped and cooked and there is a head of broccoli to go with it (hoping for cauli/ broc cheese for 2 and enough to have again later in the week) and a few slices of aubergine were kept back for a dish I used to make - no recipe, just making it up as I go along. The last two slices of bacon may go in a crustless quiche. So if I want to stay in bed tomorrow (or slump on the couch) I have enough food for the week.
Today I am grateful for the film (wasn't sure about a new version but I'm loving it, lots of good actors), for lots of food and lots of using up (scraped the last two teaspoons out of a jar of mango chutney to add to the curries) and getting stuff out of the house. My mission in life is not only to survive, but to thrive and to do so with some Passion, some Compassion, some Humour and some Style.NST SEP No 1 No Debt No mortgage8 -
Today I am grateful for a successful 'classic film club' run over Teams, for most of dd's bday presents having arrived, for my workout, for a quiet day, for the evenings getting noticeably lighter.

Another NSD day so I'm at 6/15 and the electrics are sorted ready for plasterer. The plasterer can't come tomorrow, MOT issues so have a free day tomorrow, so I will try and get out for a run.
Time of the month has arrived full swing today, which explains, but does not excuse why I've been eating horribly in the evening. Start off well, but then I just want chocolate by the evening and sweet, crunchy things. I'm sure I'll get it out of my system soon enough.
Bed now, I think!February Grocery Budget: £190.75/£350.00

ditty1234 said:Good Monday Morning - I will have to catch up on reading later, but for now I am grateful for that the weekend went well. Managed ot go for a walk and do a bit of digging in the garden yesterday. Lots of things dying in waterlogged clay. I kind of want to start afresh this summer, but not sure when to start to sew seeds - I don't really have anywhere to put them. Might ne worth it to make some glass frames, also to somehow manage the squirrel, who has used my pots for food storage! Acorns everywhere. Have a lovely day everybodyNevertheless she persisted.9
