@sukeyboo sorry to hear your news 😔 your nails look great, I really like the colour!
@thepurplepixie what a nightmare job! 🙈 glad it's sorted now!
@Wednesday2000 I hope all goes well with the claim - I used to fill loads of them out in a couple of previous jobs and the charity is absolutely right - it's all about the wording 🙁
Glad to see so many joining in Fabulous February! 😊
I've made a good start- went and picked up my click and collect grocery shopping, cooked tonight's dinner (chargrilled aubergine and roasted cauliflower stack with hommous and a red pepper dressing; carrots and parsnips cooked in orange, dijon and maple; salad leaves with pomegranate and avocado), did 15 minutes of stretches, drank 1.5 litres of water and did 20 mins of cleaning 🙌
I'm going to have a long hot shower soon, exfoliate, moisturise and have an early night! 😊 I feel a lot better just for having a day achieving what I intended! 🙌DNF: £708.92/£1000

Happy Birthday Sheila!6 -
Happy birthday sheila. And a snow day is a bonus! 😊
I was feeling anything but fab yesterday. I decided not to wash my hair in the morning and felt more and more scruffy as the day went by. I was dressed smartly enough and did all my usual skincare so not quite bag lady mode but it was a poor decision all the same.
Anyhow, today's a new day. I've had a good pampering session and put a deep conditioner on my hair and hopefully it will all help to lift my mood.
No snow here, just damp and grey. It's no surprise that people seem to be finding Lockdown 3 so much more depressing. Roll on spring. 😊8 -
For the first time in ages I put some make up on and felt better for it! I also painted my nails a lovely pink shiny colour.
I notice that I have a daisy type flower blooming in the garden - a sign that spring is on its way.Debt free and Keeping on Track7 -

Wishing you a very Happy Birthday sheilavw enjoy your cards and pressies 🎁
Great news about the vaccine LL.
Not too much going on here today - went on a long walk yesterday, well it was for me - did around 4.5 miles and 11,000 steps but is was through hilly muddy fields so it felt longer. Found a beautiful carpet on snowdrops once we got in to the woodland - gives me hope that Spring is on its way 😀

It's extremely mild here. I wore my thermal top with my boyfriend shirt over it as a jacket today and I was almost too warm. I did 5,000 steps. I noticed how fed up most of the people I walked past looked! I think lockdown is really getting to everyone. It seemed like there were a lot more people out, maybe because of the weather.
I have my dentist appointment next week and I have noticed that my teeth don't feel as clean as they usually do. I have used my water flosser, normal floss and electric toothbrush all year but they haven't been properly cleaned by the hygienist since around early 2020.
I watched The Girl on the Train last night and really enjoyed it. I read the book when it came out but I thought the film wasn't rated by viewers but I thought it was very watchable. She was an interesting lead character and Emily Blunt did a good job. It was on Film 4, I think.
I think as it is so mild I am going to wet my hair and put on a deep conditioner and put a microfibre towel over my hair for a few hours.2025 GOALS

@sheilavw happy birthday!!! 🎂🎉 hope you have had a lovely day 😊
@Wednesday2000 I am indeed vegan 😊 and I tend to eat very random stuff! 😂
@maman hope you feel a bit brighter today - lots of people are finding this lockdown harder, I think with the weather being lovely on the first one and chrimbo/winter holidays to look forward to on the second it made things a bit more tolerable 😔
@MrsPorridge and @sukeyboo - the sight of flowers always makes me feel better! I think it's the promise of better days ahead! 😉
@helensbiggestfan great news on the 2nd jab date! 😊
Today has been another good day - shower and hair treatment done, 1.5 litres of water, 15 mins of stretching, dinner prepared and half an hour of total relaxation! 🙌 tonight I'm doing nothing once I've cleared up after dinner - I'm just putting on some music and I may have a glass of wine 😉DNF: £708.92/£1000
