maman I will give you a wave next time we go.  How lovely to be able to do day trips to the Isle of Wight.

Sugar I love a good declutter, as well.

Wednesday I hope your house move update goes well and no news is normally good news.

Helen, welcome back, I’ve missed you.

One positive is that you have noticed early that you are sliding into old habits, so you can act quickly.

I think many of us could do with a bit of motivation, given the last 18 months.
  • Hello LL. :)

I am also on the same track as you. I did my face wash and face scrub last night then put on a hydrating leave on face mask. I then used my foot spa and put on fluffy socks. I then later did a cleansing face mask, a pore strip and then night cream and serum!

It is dreary weather here, I just went out to buy some salad and houmous and I washed my hair beforehand and it is that type of light rain that gets you really soaked. I still walked around the park without my umbrella afterwards to get some daylight at least.

I am also trying to focus on eating for my health, not weight loss, as I have lost weight since my dog died and certainly not done it in a healthy way.

I am out this Wednesday evening and maybe Saturday evening and definitely Sunday.

I am thinking of booking an Indian Head massage for next week. Some of the new people I have met live near to a massage place I used to go to years ago but totally forgot about.

LL what a great saving on your house insurance. Loyalty to insurers does not pay.  :)

You're right SUgarbaby. No rewards for customer loyalty with any financial institutions these days.  When I rang them to tell them I wouldn't be renewing they made no attempt to retain my business.  Didn't even ask why I was leaving.  They guy was pleasant but I guess he knew why and knew he had nothing to offer me.   Surely it's cheaper to retain customers than look for new ones.  Funny way to run a business.

What really gets my goat though is it's always down to the consumer to do all the work isn't it.  And what about people who aren't computer savvy  - not that I'm brilliant but I can at least compare suppliers using the internet - but there are plenty of people who can't or who don't have easy internet access.

    Rant over. 😂🤣

ps. I also got the meerkat cinema/meal deal too.  😁
  • Great to see you back LL 😉 I really need to up my game on the fabbing front 🤔
