I just went out to buy a sandwich and some wine and I went into a charity shop that a woman at the local meetup told me about. They did have some nice things. I got two dresses, a top and an ornament.

I did buy that necklace with my initial of my name and some hair taming stuff. I don't know what the point as I just went out and the rainy weather made my hair go all frizzy!

I think we will have about 15 people at the meetup next week if everyone turns up.

sugar what a shame (for Charlie) that he stood you up.  At least you know what he is like before you spent anymore time with him.

maman Coincidentally, Ive just started using The Ordinary Granactive retinoid. It is retionol based, but without the irritation. I only started using it last week, so it’s too early to see any results, but it was only £6.

I have covid!!!

ive had symptoms of covid and so I did a lateral flow test which was positive.  Luckily, my symptoms are fairly mild, so I’m  using the opportunity to rest and then will work from home for the rest of the self isolation period.

Chanie, I am sorry to hear that you have Covid. I hope your symptoms do not get any worse and that your recovery period only lasts as long as your self isolation. Take good care of yourself.

sorry to hear that Charlie didn't turn up Sugarbaby, but pleased that you had a good night. Sorry you have covid Chanie. My Nephew and Partner both recently had it even though double jabbed. They took the test because he had symptoms, both positive but she had no symptoms at all. She was glad that she took it because she is a nurse, you don't want to be passing it on
