Yes, I'm fine, I just don't have much to say Maman. I really like that maxi skirt.
I might buy that too. I think this forum is very quiet in general. I was thinking that the other day. I was reading through the early retirement/pension bit today and it seems like other people have noticed how expensive bills are getting. Our council tax went up but our electric bill has increased a lot too.
I was texting my friend and it seems like she has been doing lots since you can meet up outside in groups of 6. The most exciting thing I've done is talk to my neighbour about her recent break in and get a new litter tray for the cats!
The litter tray is good though as it is enclosed so there is much less litter scattered on the floor. I just did a quick run around with the mini vac upstairs and it is much easier to keep clean.
It's cold here too Pixie. It was snowing here today when I went for my walk in the park. I was chatting to the man in the shop about it as it was quite weird. I was looking at the blossom on the tree and thinking it was that but it was snow. Really strange as now it is sunny with a blue sky.
I've been decluttering (not that anything has left the house yet) and moving furniture around and trying to keep to a daily cleaning routine so the house is looking more presentable. We did book the dogs in at the vet for June so we can do things like paint the living room and the garden fences ready to move. I think we will have a night out afterwards as everything should be back to normal back then. My neighbour wants to move house too after her break in!
I still haven't used that blooming sheet mask!I will go and put it in the bathroom now to use tonight.

I know what you mean about not much to say Wednesday. I was saying that to my DD. Nothing happening, nowhere to go. Hopefully things are getting better. Moving house is exciting although it can also be stressful. Have you seen anything you like? My DD is wanting to move but nothing coming on in her area, I'm hoping things might change after Easter, I think the housing market often gets going at Easter.6

Certainly seems to be the case here pixie. They are still working in the house next door, doing the finishing touches. Apparently the estate agent is coming tomorrow to take photos then it goes on sale. I think they're really pleased the stamp duty saving was extended.7

You all have lots of plans to look forward to - house fabbing and moves. Hopefully, we can enjoy the spring and the nice warm weather.

Chanie I feel strangely up one minute down the next at the moment. Not sure why, generally I think I've coped well with lockdowns, couple of little dips but generally OK. At the moment my mood seems to be changing quickly and I feel more easily irritted. I am looking forward to going out to the shops next week, not sure why as I'm not really planning on buying anything much, I do want some socks, tinted moisturiser and to look at some bathroom stuff, nothing terribly exciting but I do want to do it.6

Positive thought for today:

Maman, I found out that my sister H also won £25 on her premium bonds in the April draw. Now that is a coincidence4

We keep seeing lots of houses we would consider as the market is very busy at the moment. I would feel happier having more of a cash buffer before we move so I think it will be next Easter we will make the move. I am dreading that the market will be very quiet next year, though.
I just went out for an hour and a half walk. It's sunny, but very chilly when the sun goes in. I wore my leggings, my Papaya knitted dress and my DM boots.
I just vacuumed upstairs and then cleaned the front door, oh the excitement!
I think I'm going to do some cooking later. I want to have potato wedges with that onion seasoning I bought and I might make roasted chickpeas and a tomato and lentil soup.
I didn't buy a dress online yet as I'm going to wait for the charity shops to open to see what is there first.2025 GOALS

Good to hear that your good fortune is spread throughout the family sugarbaby. You don't need many of those £25 wins to get a better deal than the majority of savings accounts. 🤔 I think that's another reason why people are spending on their homes.
We went out for a walk earlier as well. i wore jeans, a scarf, gloves and my duvet coat. It was great in the sun but in shaded areas walking into the wind it was very chilly.
I've just put a casserole in for tonight's dinner, comfort food. 😋6 -
Sugar wow for you and your family on the premium bonds win.
Wednesday I always think you get the house you are meant to, so I’m sure when you start looking you will find the perfect home for your new life.
