There will be rioting commencing if this is not sorted. A mutiny will start and it wont be pretty.
I'm off to torch a few cars, see if that gets things moving.6 -

We dont know. We have no idea what lies Equifax are feeding us. Alot of people on this thread have already said it effects them. I guarantee you everyone checking their Equifax file will see they wont be on the ER. 90% at least would be my guess.
I wouldn't pay equifax but I checked clearscore who use equifax and it says I'm on the electoral register. The next report is due in 11 days, so it might flag it up then.
both mse credit club (uses experian) and credit karma (transunion) updated today and shows me on the electoral register too.

I think you are all missing the point *sigh*
For all those who saying covid has restricted equifax - well not really. Staff are working from home and research and studies show there has been more productivity working from home due to Covid so in theory more can be done not less. Its really poor excuses from EQuifax, being lazy.
Also - tip for anyone using clearscore (i use that aswell) but log into to Equifax, create a membership but dont pay. Go to the credit report section and go to update for free. It will update your credit report on a daily basis for free. So instead of waiting for monthly updates with clear score you can get daily updates with EQuifax.0 -

Then you really should step out of your ivory tower and look at the real issues many people are more concerned with.Time is a path from the past to the future and back again. The present is the crossroads of both. :cool:4 -

Got rejected due to me not being on the electoral roll.
"If you have recently moved into a new address, we would suggest that you register on the Electoral Roll, or make sure that any credit accounts you may hold are registered to the address before trying again"
EQUIFAX ARE USLESS!
are you blaming that virgin money overdraft rejection on this too?2 -
UPDATE - 31/12/2020
For those interested, Equifax have got back to me. There is no mention of the councils being delayed (which means the nonsense on their website is lies). They have stated there is a delay for Equifax in loading the ER data for next year and that all data will be loaded on the system by 1st Jan 2021.
In summary - its Equifax fault.
Woudnt get your hopes up just yet, ive been down this road before with these lot. Give false dates and nothing gets done. Lets wait until tomorrow and see0 -
Thank you, I'll sleep well tonight now.1
