@3secondmemory: to put my two pennies worth. I have found that although the face value of the coins may be 25p they still sell for £1.50 to £2.50 elsewhere.
I saw Churchill and Silver Jubilee coins for those prices recently at antique and vintage fairs. You may get 50p to £1.00 from a local dealer. Worth looking for 19 coins.
Today I went to the plot. I had a discussion with the comittee member for plots and she says they are going to send another email. I have a meeting with my friend again on Friday so will have an outcome one way or the other then. I really want to pack it in now, the joy has been sucked out. I have spent my life working to other's expectations and really don't want to do so again. I did email the comittee advising that all their grass removal has meant there is no cover for frogs and newts to cross paths without being over exposed.
Worked at the CS yesterday. They don't take baby stuff apart from clothes. A colleague had taken a stroller and a baby bounce which I offered to take to the shop that will take them up the road. I dropped them off today, they didn't even leave the car. I also dropped off two carriers of medicines that my Dsis didn't need or were OOD.
I am not counting any of it but have a feeling of joy as I move them on.
keep well all.

1. KITCHEN WILL CONTINUE TO BE LEFT CLEAN & TIDY EVERY NIGHT2. JUST DO ONE THING EVERY DAY (courtesy of bit_by_bit) OTHER THAN DAY TO DAY CLEANING & DECLUTTERING
3. ONCE A WEEK LEAVE THE HOUSE (e.g. Go into city centre for bank & butcher; go to local town for cs dropping off or buying; visit the pub with DH 😉
4. CLEAN & EMPTY SURFACE AREAS - DAILYForgot the wildlife list for Tuesday - cows, sheep, ducks, llamas/alpacas.
Wednesday has been a long day. Up at 7:45, dressed, most of the packing done & down to breakfast by 8:35 Full Scottish for DH, mine was minus the black pudding, tomatoes & sausage. Returned to room finished packing. Loaded bike, DH was in the queue to pay the bill. On our way by 9:40 in 16c temp (never went above 19c all day) Time sensitive day as had ferries booked 😉 Overcast all day & quite chilly. Lockerbie to Ardrossan to catch ferry to Arran, drove round Arran to ferry back to mainland & now at Argyll Arms Hotel in Campbeltown - arrived gone 7.00 p.m. 😱 A good day even though mainly overcast - lovely calm waters for both ferry journeys - Isle of Arran provided us with 90 seconds of rain & the only sunshine we saw all day. Today’s animal list - cows, sheep, swans, horses, ponies, solitary hawk, cormorants, llamas/alpacas + statues of sheep, a seal & a larger than life size anatomically correct wicker bull 😉 & wooden carvings of owls, an eagle, hares & squirrels. Today’s landmarks were a fancy cycle post, a castle, a stone memorial to David Bell & a war memorial.Lovely dinner - DH had king prawns with sweet chilli sauce followed by chicken stuffed with haggis 🤤🤤🤤🤤 I had mini Camembert covered with breadcrumbs & deep fried followed by beef stroganoff on a bed of rice - nice but not as tasty as DH’s main course. Back in our room by 9:45 p.m.DH is now snoring & I am about to drop off so I will leave the cheerleading until the morning.1614 Plastic bottle - recycledMrsSD 🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🏅🥇 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Decluttering Target: 2021 1614/20212021 Savings Pot: £300.90 to end of AugustBe Kind. @Mrs SD, I love Aaran and have spent a couple of lovely holidays camping at Lochranza. I remember an evening when a massive stag came onto the camp, you could feel the vibration of his walk on the ground as he went by the tent. He proceeded to rub his shoulder on a small caravan and we sat and watched as the poor occupants peered out of the window with a look of fear as the caravan was rocked about. It must have felt like an earthquake. It was amazing to be so close to him, they are much bigger than you think. I also saw a golden eagle on that trip. I am lucky enough to have a school friend who lives on Aaran, her house overlooks the mull of Kintyre, amazing views.
Not much done today, trip into town for a birthday present for my nephew but the shop was closed for refurbishment so will have to go back next week.
Piece of work done for my union which involved a long phone call, completing and emailing a form and a further phone call. Even though I have retired I am still involved with my union work.
I chopped and roasted a load of veg for tea, there will be enough for tomorrow, and I will be making soup with some more.
I have sorted some cosmetic samples to post to my niece, I discovered at the weekend she loves them and I am kicking myself for not taking them with me when I saw her.
I also collected some meds and made an appointment for a repeat blood test, note to self to ask why it is being repeated and hoping this one is less painful
Take care everyone9 -

Darnit
I filled my recycling bag with ivy etc from next door’s garden but green we’re suspended yesterday due to low staffing levels 😞
on the plus side, I managed to cut my grass in the front, and down the side of my house, and I laid 4 reclaimed paving stones to extend my recycling area a tiny bit and for a couple more planters. Looks nice 😊

Yesterday's successes:
107 - fitbit box
108-111 - 4 items of clothing
I also added more to the 'sell' pile. I am hoping to get all the photos etc taken in the light this afternoon and then can list when I get a minute this evening - these I'll list when they sell as might take a few weeks.
I'll hopefully get come more things out the door this afternoon, I have the afternoon off work to prep for going away, ideally will get a few more things out of the house while I do this.
