I always double check UK addresses against Royal Mail's own postcode finder, very useful feature of the website.

Also, always write my own FROM address on back of parcel so no chance of a "from" sticker falling off.

According to the Daily Mail (yes yes I know tut tut) there is no point at all in using 1st class post for Christmas mail as RM are not obliged to keep to their target of 92% being delivered next day. Apparently the service requirements about delivery are suspended from the 6th December.

You manage to stalk him perfectly well though.

Edit to add - karens doesn't like custardy's posts on her thread (even though it is karen that is completely missing the point and ignoring what custardy asked in the first place - https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/2881012

    Hi there
speaking from experience .... send 2nd class recorded. So many parcels go missing at this time of the year...don't know what RM are going to do about this!!!! Seems ridiculous that general postage cant be trusted. I am recording the majority of my items so I would recommend you to do the same. Best wishes for your ebaying. :)
