You've a lot going on, mistakes were going to happen and now you're diarising they won't. Don't beat yourself up over it.

Thanks MovingForwards. I'm not beating myself up at all. In fact I think I'm doing quite well considering all I have going on, just need to get a bit more organised to avoid wasting money. I must admit dead/wasted money frustrates me. Returning to diaries is good as it keeps me accountable. I will try to be here more often :)

Thanks @savingwannabe for the empathy :)
I had some good news in that I emailed the veggie delivery company to tell them what happened and they credited me the £15 back :)

Today's saving was taking a healthy lunch out with me. I ate it at 5pm but at least I had it.

On Tuesday I bought a good flask so I should be able to start carrying a hot drink with me.

That's good news and a healthy late lunch is better than none.

Out all day from 8am to 4pm with no packed lunch. Money saving as I did not buy food and drink. It isn't an ideal way to eat. However, I had healthy soup when I got in and then a salad and then some chocolate covered almonds :)

Sorry to hear you are missing  meals & not eating or drinking. Hope you are ok. Maybe take some chocolate covered almonds with you to snack on during the day & a piece of fruit ? If you have an old plastic drink bottle maybe take some water with you.  Better than nothing. Take care of yourself

This is the way with many jobs now it is so bad for our health. I agree with Skinty see if you can sneak in a few snacks otherwise your body isnt getting the fuel it needs. I dont have timetabled lunches and i am a diabetic so i eat in class my students dont mind. I am not going to die because of my job, they will just replace us with no qualms.

Thanks @Skint_yet_Again and @savingwannabe, your comments highlighted how ridiculous my eating and drinking has become lately! I can't even blame work as I am SE. I planned to eat when back from taking a young relative to nursery but I had a call from the hospital so I went straight there and I wasn't back until 4pm.
Hopefully that won't happen again. Next week I will crack it by packing lunch, water, coffee and snacks the night before. If I don't leave the house I can always eat/drink the packed lunch at home.
