Just got my cheque from SP for my YE credit. Hurrah!

I have let my change from YE to SP take it's course, sounds like I have had an easy ride compared to other posters, albeit a very slow one.
My meter readings given to SP at start, were the ones on my YE final bill. DD was set up ok.
Just require my credit balance to appear on my SP account.
This afternoon I have Initiated a move to Neon Reef via the referrers board, SP too expensive to stay any longer.

Just had an email from SP saying that my credit from Yorkshire Energy has been added to my account. Handy as my final bill from SP is due in the next few weeks as I move to Symbio yesterday.0

Got my final bill from YE on 10th Feb. Hasn't been credited to my SP account yet. I've already left and par- paid my final SP bill so that the YE credit exactly clears the remainder when it eventually comes through

I'm presuming the 25/01/2021 was the reading you gave NR in advance of your switch date, and the 29/01/2021 is the industry deemed reading that has come back from the Data Collector. This doesn't make sense as the tolerance should be 2.5x expected usage, and the reading you supplied is only 33 units higher than your expected usage to 29/01/2021.Suggest you give this a read as it might help you understand what's going on and what should have happened: https://octopus.energy/blog/secret-life-opening-meter-reading/Something isn't right.
Edit: To be clear, the ONLY reading I provided to NR was very late on the 28th, might have been just past midnight (hence 29th), which was an opening reading of 13430.
That's precisely my view, thanks for that comment, I'll use that in my next email to them since a time of posting I've had no response from them, not even an acknowledgement, to my email yesterday. Perhaps they now have too many customers they can't reply promptly as they've been quoted as doing until recently!

I've also received an email from SP saying I have a credit balance transferred from YE (as expected). However my final SP direct debit went out last Friday therefore closing my account. So hopefully they will be transferring the credit to my account soon?0
