A lot of us who gave SP meter readings on 7th December did see those readings show up on the YE account, so YE should have the data they need.0 -

Started my switch on the 5th Jan and have not heard a thing from SP
My account page shows the sorry to see your leaving but no details of DD or meter readings, there was before I switched DD details and a suggestion I lowered my DD, my elec meter readings was shown but not the gas
Checking my new suppliers (Avro) seems everything is going ahead on the switch0 -

I still don't have an account yet, nor a direct debit showing, the last one went out November.0

My gas supplier switched to SP last week, yet electricity is still YE. Am I the only one with YE still showing as my supplier?
It might be that SP will take over as they were saying in the app when I just installed it - on the 15th of January, even though they changed it to the 6th of December 2020 later. Whenever I contact them, I get "your account will be set up fully as soon as we can" with no indication as to how long "as soon as we can" is, of course. It's been over a month now since they've received my details.0 -

My switch to Avro seems to be continuing. Not heard a thing from them since before the new year when I started the switch and they sent me a welcome pack saying it would happen on 21st and they will take the first payment on 11th (which they have done today). So I assume its all going ahead.....but I haven't had anything from SP saying sorry to see you go like others seem to have had via sms. In fact I've heard nothing what so ever from SP since the original email asking for readings and the notification they set up a direct debit.
