Morning all,  I didn't progress on anything yesterday but claiming succes that nothing went backwards.  Today is a new day!

Bed made, clothes picked up, windows have been opened and now closed again
HHi done and put away
Living room tidied

Both stoves on as OH working from home this morning
Electric scrubbing brush on charge so I can scrub the shower tray which is disgusting
There's banking to be updated, admin to be done, wallpaper to be stripped, Christmas presents to be thought about and then bought ............

Better put the kettle on, make my breakfast and do something!

I'm concerned about pigpen too - it's unusual for her to be quiet for a week on this thread, though she has been active on MSE more recently.  If you're reading this, piggers, please give us a wave!

I won't bore you with how little I did yesterday, but I will try to cross a few more things off my list today.  Flying is fairly low priority atm, as deadlines for other things are looming.  And today I have to go to the GP surgery for  an injection into my shoulder: hopefully that will give me a considerably less painful winter.

Admin job done in good time rather than left to the last minute, which meant I didn't panic when it wanted OH's UK national insurance nbr (he left UK 25 years ago so it took some finding).

Morning all

Paid stuff for me today, I slept much better and am in less pain so feeling much more perky. Dailies were done before work, bed made, wm on with today’s load, also did my physio. I have an odd day of meetings so I’m working for a few hours (started early) then taking a long early lunch break before back to back meetings late afternoon, hoping to be all done around 7.

During my break I will flap a bit, probably off list as I’m not even sure what’s on it! Will also get out for a walk.

Looking at your posts you have all done loads of stuff, meaningful to yourselves well done, I wish I had the morning seems to have gone by.

I have put a beef casserole in the sc

Been and bought food put that away, had to go to 2 supermarkets as house guest wants mackerel, 1st supermarket hasn't got any it seems people want salmon so we don't have space for both, loads at next SM.

Bought a gift card for SS1 and DIL

Bought cheese truckle and ginger chutney for HG for Christmas present

Just need to sort OH out for presents, it seems he has made a list with links in it, it would be useful if he sent it to me!!

Add spuds to sc as I had to buy some.

Meat portioned up and in freezer.

I have to do the money shuffle / check bank account / budget for this month

Morning everyone, where have you all gone?  Have I missed a party?  Not sure I can remember what a party is these days!!

Did manage to scrub the shower tray yesterday and it didn't seem to come clean but when I got in this morning it really did look nice.  All necessary admin tasks done so up to date.  Christmas presents sorted, now I would just like to pick up stocking fillers for DDs.

Bed made, clothes picked up, windows open
DW emptied by OH and now running clean cycle
Living room tidied
Lunch made for OH as he's at the office today
Pellets brought in and stoves on

I have a video lesson at lunchtime and then I go out to teacher for an hour this evening so a bit of planning to do. Need to leave something for OH to cook whilst I'm out.  Looks like we will be able to have Christmas in the other house by the sea so I need to think about what we will be eating and what extra equipment and cooking dishes I might need to take as we only normally have weekends there except in the summer when we bbq. 

Time for breakfast and coffee.

Good morning,
Just thinking the same thing, Mademoiselle! Assumed my tablet was playing up, so I fiddled with that, and your post popped up!
Nothing apart from scant dailies achieved yesterday. This morning I have stripped our bed and loaded the wm. A piece of pork is marinading ready to go in the sc when I dash back in to get DD to school.
I have lost interest (I wasn’t that motivated in the first place, tbh) in Christmas. Luckily our present buying is greatly reduced this year, but I still want to get DD some stocking pressies, but B00ts and other such places not playing ball with stock - just the basics, nothing fancy. All the good intentions of October have gone out of the window, so I have 2 half finished handmade presents tormenting me. I NEED to write cards and get the European ones posted now that I have bought the stamps.
Off to work shortly, then playing in-out to juggle that and school runs.

Morning all

Busy day and a late finish yesterday, I did manage to get the bathrooms swished over and bins emptied when I had a break, supper was a simple one so clean up was easy too.

paid stuff again today, physio done, dailies done, wm x 1 done and laundry shuffled. I’ve also emptied, washed and refilled the litter trays. Cats have been fighting so there’s fluff everywhere but that’s a job for later on!

No flying except dailies being done here as I ended up working extra hours yesterday.  Just taking a break from paid stuff.  Will do admin and put hoover round next.
