Further on the contract dates, backdating can potentially be a criminal offence, especially if it is to obtain financial advantage.

For completeness, you need to 'wash' the VRM and court claim reference numbers.

The claim that you did not submit an appeal to IAS is easy to defend. You will need to have an understanding of the reasons that led up to the Private Members Bill by Sir Greg Knight and the subsequent developments as a result of this. Information is on this forum.

The fact that as a litigant in person you have taken limited guidance from an Internet forum in respect of the format, layout and timings of the various documents required to present your case should not be held against you. The application of the law to your scenario is specific to your case.

In the images the yellow car looks to also be on or over the white line having a knock on effect on the white car on the end and making it difficult to open the driver's door. The space at the end does not look big enough to be a parking space so you have not disadvantaged another motorist.

The landowner authority appears to have commenced before the parking event but has not been signed by the landowner until after the event. Therefore there was no landowner authority in place at the time of the event.

I don't know what the other regulars think to that document but it looks decidedly dodgy.

Going to court is a lottery but the claim could be thrown out on the basis of the lack of signed landowner authority.

The fact that you did not engage with the PPC after the inital appeal is because you were aware from other motorists experiences that this would be futile.

You did not want to take a disputed claim to the court stage however in the absence of any truly independant appeals process it was the only way to receive any fairness in the matter.
