Glad to hear about the discontinuance. I think that they were unlikely to win but it is a lottery and now you don't have to take your chance.

I hope that there are discontinuances for the two posters that had problems with the dodgy ticket machines as well.

He wasted the time of DCBL Doubt any legal would touch him. There are only a small number of legals who play the game of chance and at the moment they could still afford to buy him an ice cream and send him packing. He was chancing his luck with this case as the landowner contract was very dodgy. It may have resulted in costs for unreasonable behaviour for bringing a case to court that had little chance of success.Worcestermum said:Just to check... what normally happens now?
