yes i did do a search on the site but i wanted the whole case so i could read through and reference to. In the example of the newbie thread in the witness statement they have put the whole case judgment for the brittannia v chris cosby.

So it is not a format issue. It is how much you want to see. 
You are not going to get the same info each time, as it depends what was paid for. This stuff isnt free.

See the example WS just posted by @jrhys - it's a great example of how to set it out and use Excel v Wilkinson.  The only thing he failed to expand upon was the point about putting a PPC to proof about their landowner authority but as long as it was in his defence then he can raise that at the hearing, too.

Just looked at @jrhys ws its very good. Still do not understand how they can put the copy of the excel v wilkinson full case in the exhibits. Where could i find this information. I know there is the one posted in here on drop box but i dont understand how i would get the full case to exhibit. any ideas?

EXCEL v WILKINSON ..... claim struck out for ABUSE OF PROCESS.  DDJ Jackson who is now HHJ Jackson made this ruling.
