    Just make sure that you can bat off the claims that they have made in their WS. You should be able to because you have some good defence points particularly that Landowner contract. You must bring that to the judge's attention. 

    The landowner contract looks dodgy. Firstly it does not appear to have been in force at the time of the parking event. Secondly it may have been signed in retrospect in the light of this case. There is a term for this but I am not legally trained. The Claimant could be trying to mislead by hoping that the dates on the landowner contract are not looked at too closely.
