a question ..... as mentioned by other members previously the health and safety at work act 1974 and the bay sizes link by british parking could support my defence. Would you add in the links to the documents or would you take the applicable bits out and reference to them?

So i have had a letter from court asking me to submit all of my documents ready for court. They have not suggested when the court date is however documents need to be by 9th April. Also he is asking for costs of original parking fee, costs of taking to court and advocate and his also asking for it to be thrown out in his favour!!! They have suppled a photo aerial view of the carpark however does not look like the car park? it states caroline street on images but cars parked in the carpark are shown parking the other way around if that makes sense?

Show us their terrible WS and evidence.

And to answer your last query, you don't have to append an exhibit that is primary statute law - so no link to the entire Act - but I would screenshot any applicable bits and attach that as an exhibit.

When you email your WS and evidence to the court, state that you do not consent to a hearing on the papers and wish to be heard at a hearing, which you quite understand may be by phone if that is how the court is handling these cases.

You've left your name and address showing all over the WS. 

The landowner contract was not signed (therefore not in existence) at the time of the parking event.  Putting an 'effective from' date 4 months earlier than the date of signing I don't think cuts the mustard. Others might comment.

oh gosh sorry I thought i had removed all my name and address i must have posted the wrong document. Yes i have put that in my witness statement regarding the dates on the landowner contract and that it was signed after the date of pcn.
