Amazon refusing to refund for wrong item delivered that I returned.

Not everyone is out to swindle someone. Numerous replies in here showing that Amazon do make those mistakes as well. 

Happened to me too. I posted here recently about a missing item from my order and was basically met with replies of suspicion and essentially an accusation that I was committing fraud. Not sure really why some of these people bother replying to threads like this.

Thanks so much. All i said is the truth, i can't control if people don't believe me, thanks to those who do or have an open mind. 
Read online people receiving random items instead of PS5's from Amazon so it's still happening people receiving wrong items.

I hope it gets sorted for you. There have been plenty of cases of wrong items sent, some fraud by amazon workers and some honest mistakes, even people receiving more valuable items. So no reason for people to be so suspicious. Good luck
