It mirrors my case because the same issue occurred where that defendant husband entered his registration instead of his wife, defendant. I made mention of it but havent included any exhibits just name of the case.

If you're referring to a standard, run of the mill small claims court judgment (albeit with a bit of press interest), it will have little to no sway without at least a case number, court venue and possibly the Judge's name.

If you're going to attach the newspaper report, and you don't know how else to do it, why not take photos and attach them?  No internet links!
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Yes i took some photos and emailed it earlier today before 4pm but now i am thinking maybe i should have emailed the defence too, because the claimant emailed my defence and their WS and the SAR and the claim form.

I only sent the WS as i sent the defence a while back. My  hearing is on 25th feb think its too late?

It's only a dispute resolution hearing according to the papers you showed us.  Just a preliminary 30 minute(?) hearing to narrow the issues and to see if you will settle and save the court having a hearing over the facts.

If the claimant emailed the defence why do you think you have to submit it again?  Certainly not needed for a short prelim hearing.

Yes, i thought that is THE hearing. Does that mean i should expect another 1?
Im becoming very stressed now, i received an automatic reply after sending the WS, the email states that file sizes should be within a 2mb limit where as mine is 6mb.

The letter the court sent through the post asks for it all to be in 1 pdf bundle. The guy on the phone today said its 25mb limit but to be sure asked me to send an email to the enquiries Birmingham inbox.

The auto reply that says there is a small document attachment limit is before COVID, when evidence and WS had to be filed by post and only a few things were emailed. That is old news.  It does NOT apply now.

For the past year, massive attachment bundles have been emailed and as long as the attachments were not over 25mb (standard email limit) then they were filed successfully.
