This case never reached an Appeal stage because leave to appeal Excel v Wilkinson was refused.

And yes, she was District Judge Jackson at the time but soon after, became a Specialist Civil Circuit Judge.

Agree. We did not proceed to an appeal nor did we even entertain it after the hearing. We cannot appeal every strike out and I made the decision to close the case. That being said, in light of the Judge's (in Bradford) now following the decision of District Judge Jackson, we have now appealed the strike out orders and permission has been given. The matter (not this case) is due to be heard in March.

This is a game of chance. The courts must be sick to death of these appeals let alone the claims from parking companies. ... they have much better things to do.

I have finally completed the witness statement and would  greatly  appreciate any final comments on the statement. Anything to change/remove? I have changed the part around lease as i wasn't entirly sure about this part. 

I plan to email it tomorrow morning.
