I believe you are referring to District Judge Jackson's written Judgment in a small claims matter in July last year?
Nope.  It was this one referred to by @Coupon-mad

Specialist Civil Circuit Judge, HHJ Claire Jackson

I believe she is referring to the small claim case though. I think the confusion may be that the DJ is now a HHJ? Either way, the case of Excel v Wilkinson was a small claims case heard by Jackson (whom was a District Judge at the time). This case never reached an Appeal stage. I am happy to discuss further however.
Can we have some transparency here Jake?  I've fixed the above for you because I believe it is true to say this:

This case never reached an Appeal stage because leave to appeal Excel v Wilkinson was refused.

And yes, was a District Judge Jackson at the time but soon after, became a Specialist Civil Circuit Judge.
Agree. We did not proceed to an appeal nor did we even entertain it after the hearing. We cannot appeal every strike out and I made the decision to close the case. That being said, in light of the Judge's (in Bradford) now following the decision of District Judge Jackson, we have now appealed the strike out orders and permission has been given. The matter (not this case) is due to be heard in March.

Nice if you've found a patsy like Mr Semark-Jullien, I'm sure. You will have the floor.  All very short term, though.

This is a game of chance. The courts must be sick to death of these appeals let alone the claims from parking companies. ... they have much better things to do.

It is possible that Her Honour Judge Claire Jackson is a new broom to sweep clean.
HHJ Jackson, appointed by the Queen and on the advice of the Lord Chancellor, the Right Honourable Robert Buckland QC MP and the Lord Chief Justice of England and Wales, the Right Honourable The Lord Burnett of Maldon.

Parking companies are no match against these very powerful people

Wasn't the Ambler case where Lamilad represented the defendant at this car park? It is now managed by another company.
