    You need to tell those who might be prepared to spend a lot of their time doing this for you, exactly what the deadline really is. I'm afraid that your urgency isn't the forum's emergency. 
    Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

    does the defendant also have to include the letter of claim in their witness statement? also does the defendant have to include another page at the beginning as a front cover or does what i already have suffice? 
  • Does the LBC add anything to support the defence as filed?

    And that it is perfectly proper to throw out the whole claim.  Surely now these two companies will think twice before trying to claim these unlawful amounts.   
    You never know how far you can go until you go too far.
