You need to tell those who might be prepared to spend a lot of their time doing this for you, exactly what the deadline really is. I'm afraid that your urgency isn't the forum's emergency.

does the defendant also have to include the letter of claim in their witness statement? also does the defendant have to include another page at the beginning as a front cover or does what i already have suffice?

100% clear that the fake £60 or more is abuse of process

And that it is perfectly proper to throw out the whole claim.  Surely now these two companies will think twice before trying to claim these unlawful amounts.

The deliberation by District Judge Jackson was very thorough.

 "Having recently liaised with the Designated Civil Judge for North and West Yorkshire (HHJ Mark Gosnell) there is an Appeal in March (permission to appeal has been granted) in which will decide whether the District Judge's in Bradford will continue to strike out the claims at an allocation stage. If we are successful then the Judge's will stop...likewise if we are unsuccessful then the Judges will continue to strike out at an allocation stage."

There has been a lot of issues with that car park in Keighley. It has been a hot spot. From memory the Ambler case was from an incident that took place at this particular car park. This was where discrepancies in the VRN records were picked up by Lamilad at Skipton. The appeal by the Claimant was refused by HH Judge Gosnell. 
 
It will be interesting to see the outcome of the appeal.
