The documents i received from the courts mentioned including letter making the claim and also something to go in front of the bundle. Im thinking what i already have on 1st page is sufficient?0 -

The letter making the claim is, I blieve, the claim form.
For a front page - youre sending by email, so it tells you to give the details in the heading.4 -

This is the only justification for the additional £60 - a debt collection charge - but i have received any contact from any debt collectors - not sure if they refer to the process of start court proceedings

IIMU that DCAs usually take a percentage of the debt on a no win no fee basis. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1

So if you are submitting that theextar £60 is awful - which you should be doing! - then certainly I would include this doc, and of course the judgment we all saw on here, which forensically destroys the ability to add this charge on in ANY case5

Also becuase i don't have a transcript but i have referred to this case do you think i should include a screenshot or link as an exhibit. Not too sure because its from a news website.

Wouldmit now not be unreasonable to complain to the SRA every time a solicitor adds this fake charge? You never know how far you can go until you go too far.1

At best he won't bother, at worst you might just pee him off! Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
