Well, that's helpful from the court!  How are you supposed to guess the first open date after 21 days.  Hopefully (and helpfully) they will send you another letter with a real date on it giving you enough time to respond with bundle (if required) and phone number!

They will send a date, but annoyingly that is a Dispute Resolution Hearing.  Why on earth order that, it's really similar to the mediation/evaluation waste of time hearing already done and isn't the final hearing!

Have a look at this if you've not previously seen it - originally posted by forum regular @KeithP.

Read other recently concluded court claim threads , which contain feedback and court reports etc , no advice is better than that which comes from the horses mouth

Just finished the call, this is just dragging too long now, i just want it over now. The judge mentioned after looking at the paperwork that 1hr will not be enough. And set an order for a 3hr hearing. I did say the claimant said 1hr is enough in the preliminary hearing but judge agreed it should be 3hr over video.

Also ordered that the defendant and claimant produce 1 paginated bundle which both parties will rely on.

Also ordered that we have full transcripts of the cases we intend to rely on instead of paragraphs.

He pointed out paragraph 14 of my defence (from the newbie template)  contains 3 cases which i should have full transcript for.

Can anyone help me in getting the full transcripts of the cases mentioned in the defence?

Parking prankster website has a lot of transcripts , plus a few have been published on here , providing somebody actually paid for the transcripts , because they are not cheap !!

Many of those in your defence can easily be found on a Google search , like Beavis , Somerville , Thornton etc , the Semark Jullien case is not that relevant , but the newer one mentioned by D P Dance is about Excel Vs Wilkinson , HHJ Jackson

Ideally , bullet point the full list , try Parking prankster website and Google search for them

For anyone reading , the full defence is back on page 3 or thereabouts , and the Parking company is Excel

You haven't said which ones but Google has some and others are talked about and linked on here literally all the time, such as P/.Eye v Somerfield.

As I said, this  Dispute Resolution Hearing. was an utter waste of time and a new hearing for 3 hrs is ridiculous for a bog standard case, unless this is your counterclaim?
