Sorry but you haven't actually answered the questions asked.
1. Do they have a registered CCJ against you? Yes or No.
2. The case that you lost (where you were to pay them £20 + £50 court costs = £70), did you pay them within 30 days of the hearing? Yes or No.
If the answer to 1 is Yes, how? Where did this CCJ come from?
If the answer to 2 is No, this would explain 1 but would also lead to the question - why were you so foolish?Jenni x2 -
How would i know of they do? I made the payment today the hearing was on 6th September, so still within 30days.
The letter excel sent says they were awarded a ccj against me but i thought if i pay within 30days that is not the case.1 -
That's fine then! You paid in time and whilst you had judgment (a CCJ, so technically they are not wrong) against you, it will not be registered against your credit file.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
