Congratulations Welshspendthrift, what lovely news. And Happy Belated Birthday Sue. Both of my boys are born in March, so its a great month for a birthday. I am hoping to be able to pot some today, as am heading off to the hospital later with my young daughter wo has managed to break her nose messing at school so we need to go to ENT to see if it needs to be set. Have got some change for the car park but hoping we will be in and out so I can pot what we dont spend.
Thank you @Doily94 hope your DD is okay. Itis such a joy in these difficult times to have a new DGD as well as the 3 year old and I am lucky being their childcare bubble so can see them for cuddles 😀 my bank pots are standing at £44.47, no real cash potting this month as no cash used ! Happy weekend everyone, another quiet one here! Perhaps some seed planting and clothes sorting for eBay. Sat afternoon is a working visit for an assessment but it’s a short one 😀 and it’s enjoyable work.

Hi Potters!
😊 It looks set to be a beautiful day!! Stay safe and healthy folks, the virus is still about!!
For all those who are either ill or low in any way, take great care and I
sincerely hope you're all very well and that you will soon be back with us. For now, take care.
Don't worry about your hair, little_sweetie, let G sort it out,
it'll look beautiful then!
I could only get a private dentist, no one else was open! Yes £500 and
they're gone, I didn't even get a filling to take home!!! 😭 I've another very sore
place in between the two lower front teeth, it can stay as it is for now or
it'll end up being a colossal price, especially as it's £10 per x-ray!!!! 😳 ...and you all wonder why T
& I cut each others hair - were stoney broke! 😥 Love to G and you too xx
You must have been living in a very different place that us then,
DragonLily! 😳 We had absolutely no sun yesterday, today either,
a little late yesterday and by the looks of it, nothing today - and it's sooooo
cold!! 😱 It's been thick cloud throughout!! ☁️😶 1st day of spring on Saturday,
you'd never believe it yer!
You're doing pretty well saving wise too, excellent work!! 🤩🤩
Thank you very much Doily94, mine's on the 5th, it'll be
interesting to hear when your youngsters are.
Oooh your poor DD I hope all's well with her, and you're able to save your
cash! 😍
Fingers crossed for some cash later!
Not a bad amount of cash, welshspendthrift, especially given the
circumstances right now.
You're so fortunate with your cuddles bubble, please give her a cuddle from
the. 🤗
All the best for the work assessment. Have a great weekend 🤩
Have a wonderful WONDERFUL WEEKEND, folks! Stay safe and healthy! 🤩

A mighty 3 pence of roadkill in the pot plus a bit of travel savings. Cold here too Sue but we’re same part of the world. Your dental bill was shocking - sorry to hear that. I guess it’s only money but it takes a long time to save it and one bit of bad luck and it’s gone. Taking the positives of lockdown by paying extra bits off the mortgage and getting other debts way down as well as saving for something nice via this relatively painless challenge. Have a good weekend one and all

Hi everyone, Quote: Don't worry about your hair, little_sweetie, let G sort it out, it'll look beautiful then! OMG, Sue, G did offer but I politely told him " on your bike buddy! " He is almost completely bald and just does a close shave all over. That's probably what I would have got! Doily94, I hope your DD is ok. What a poor little soul. Have a great weekend everyone x
Morning everyone. I potted £40 and some coppers yesterday. It was a TCB payment mainly from getting new car insurance last November. Spent most of the glorious day outside in the garden; sadly one part missing from my last raised bed kit so will email after I’ve done this. Managed to establish a second strawberry patch in a less sunny spot in the garden to try and extend the season of ripeness a bit and also donated some plants to my niece. The original patch still looks a bit untidy so might have another poke about today. I need to get some more plants for the pond edges this year as it’s not very lush and doesn’t provide that much cover for the creatures. Hope the frogs are back this year 🐸
Hello all, hope you're safe and well. Still potting away, a minimum of £1 a day but it will be more for the next couple of months, we pay the water rates every 2 weeks and are so far in front we don't have to pay anything until July so it's going in the pot! DD2 and SIL have sold their house (within 2 weeks!) and have found one nearer us so it will be easier and quicker to get him here for taking DGS to school etc. We've both had our jabs and are looking forward to a holiday in Scotland in September, hopefully things will be a bit easier then

Hi Potters 😊 A happy Monday to you!! Stay safe and healthy folks, the virus is still about!!
For all those who are either ill or low in any way, take great care and I
sincerely hope you're all well and that you will soon be back with us. For now, take care.
Oh nowhere near mine then, Doily94, I just thought I'd ask just in
case.
Well done with the potting! 🤩
Well done you Ant, I've had no more joy with roadkill so I'm
thinking you must live in a more throwaway vicinity, either that or there are a
fair few kiddies there.
Yes, I guessed we must be in the same area. What's up with all these clouds
lately? Barely a glimmer of the sun. ⛅ 🤨
Sadly, the private dentist lark isn't over with yet 🤨 I've had rotten pain with
the lower 4 gums of the front teeth, as far as I know, so very painful. Money
aside I'll be so glad to get rid of whatever's causing it.
We've always been NHS, but due to the lockdowns ours isn't open, the same as
many others, so this was the only one that would take me on! Credit where it's
due she's brilliant, but....costly! Not to worry, as T says "needs must when the
devil drives!" 🙃 I'm so pleased for you that the lockdown has given benefits! Keep making
the most of it. 😍
Have a good day Ant.
🤣😂 I see what you mean, little_sweetie, though you'd have saved
even more money for a good while?! I take it it's still a polite "on your bike
buddy" then. 😉 Ah well just a thought.
Hi Hetty, and excellent potting!! 🥰 You had the sun yesterday??!!
How come you and other SPCers have had the sun this week whilst, apart from
about an hour late afternoon on Wednesday or Thursday, we've had nothing but
thick cloud ☁️
Not good enough!
I like plenty of plants around the pond edges too, perfect for the
Frogs!
It always amazes me how firms can send goods out with parts missing, don't
they check it all first!! Obviously not. 🙄
Good thinking with the 🍓 patch so the season can be extended! 🙂
Hi Lucy. Wow! Excellent potting with the water rates as well as your £1 per day! 🥰 Why not pot
it all.
Excellent about your DD & DSIL having sold their house! Everything will
be much easier being so much closer to you! 😁
You and I are looking forward to the same holiday! Hubby & I can't wait to get
back up to Scotland for DH's birthday in October!! We've also had the first of
our vaccinations! Take care.
Have a wonderful great WEEK, folks! Stay safe and healthy! 🤩

Unbelievably Sue I’ve had no less than 3 separate instances of 5p roadkill in the last 3 days. A whole extra 15p for the pot! I had my own dental bill today which was a bit pricey but not as high as yours. Expensive enough though. Never mind. Onwards we go
