Will do. Thanks1

Possible stupid question alert.
The PPC seem to deal in e mails only at the moment anyway!
Does the SAR have to be in writing via the post or will an e mail SAR be acceptable
Thanks1 -

ThanksPlease note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Thanks to all. Quick update and recap.
Drove in and out, then in and out of hotel/pub car park. Dropping off my wife and picking her back up. ANPR shows only one in and out of 13 mins on PCN. 10 mins grace allowed according to signs. Appealed , foolishly, to IAS, lost.
No ticket machine, signs say to call an 0300 number to pay as non hotel/pub visitor but also that even hotel/pub visit is chargeable presumably inside. It's now shut down so cant check!
I've sent SAR by email to PPC data protection email and copied my MP in. Within a few hours got an email from debt recovery team, it appears the PPC and them are one and the same, offering to mediate, asking me to call or email. I'm not going to do either.
Do you agree?
I've drafted defence already based on Couponmad October 2020 new defence as admitting to being driver etc. and will complete para 2 and 3 if the time comes.
Am I ok to send draft to this thread if necessary?
Thanks again!

Everything should be done in writing , usually email at the moment
They should reply to the SAR by email
The DPO should only deal with your SAR request , nothing else
Email a drop hands offer to the debt collector team , each side bears their own costs
Yes , continue on this thread2 -
Yeah thanks Redx. Was going to do that1
