Hi All,

After 5 years. BW Legal have sent a new letter of claim.l [last one was 2 years ago but no follow up from them]. As per advice I responded with e-mail re 30 day hold and questions re VAT etc.

I have received the attached reply both by email and letter.

Do I need to respond or just wait for any court papers?

You could try another response asking lots of questions to try to stall it. After the 30 days.

It's important that the Government hears from people with unfair charges who were let down by the kangaroo court of the IAS and as a result, are facing horrific, scary court claims.

The link shows the two vital points to concentrate on, IMHO:

- banning 'fee' add-ons completely.

- making sure a new SINGLE appeals service replaces POPLA and the IAS which are seen as not fully independent and involved in a 'race to the bottom'.

Thanks. I'll complete the consultation document via the link. They're a disgrace. I'll also get friends and family to complete too.
