Hello All..it's me again..After over 2 years of nothing. I've been sent another Letter of Claim by BW Legal. I batted the last one back with the SAR request and seeking debt advice 'line'
Should I do the same again, updated SAR request and debt advice 'line'.?
Also as it is nearly 3 years since the original 'demand' I no longer have the photos I originally took as part of my evidence.
The car park is now off limits to anybody as hotel is being knocked down.
Should I take new photos of how it is now?.
Thanks so much0 -

Thanks All,
I am just about to e-mail BW Legal based on Beamerguy's April 2020 thread re 'BWLegal Scammer' template when I noticed the 2nd LOC is slightly different from the first {2 years apart}.
The first one states 'Principal Debt + Debt recovery costs £160.00. (plus interest, court fees etc)
The second one states 'Principal Debt £160.00 (plus interest, court fees etc)
No reference to 'recovery costs'
Are they trying to get around something here? i.e not mentioning the recovery costs?0 -

Hello All, follow up.
I e-mailed BW Legal in June to say I was seeking debt and advice and new SAR to Ardpark [as it is over 2 years]. They have e-mailed today asking for an update. No reply from Ardpark, which I will tell them, but do I say I have received debt advice as it is over 30 days now? Can I kick it further down the road? Can I mention the soon to be DLUHC findings?
Thanks for you ongoing advice

If it's over 30 days since you asked for a hold for debt advice, BWL can issue a court claim at any time to suit them.nigsy1 said:Hello All, follow up.

Thanks for you ongoing adviceIf ArdPark have not replied to your SAR within 30 days, send them a chaser with a 7-day final deadline, failure to respond will result in you making an official complaint to the ICO. Make sure you carry through that threat if necessary. The DLUHC findings are as yet unknown, so there's not much to mention to BWL at the moment. However, by the time they get around to issuing a claim, it's anticipated that we will have the DLUHC Impact Assessment and there may be chunks of that useful in developing your Defence. There is no further scope to kick the can further down the road - BWL now call the shots. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum.
