Thanks guys. As suggested by Nosferatu, I e-mailed PPC direct, they said as payment not received in time, it's out of their hands and I should deal with debt recovery.! Incredible.
I suspect as address is same, they are one and same company. I was ok with £100 but not £160. I presume they will threaten all sorts now?

A further question after doing a bit of research.I noticed coupon-mad advised in an ANPR case ( like MINE) to use Parking Eye defence template..
Mine was pub car park, register details at bar of pub, or pay to park without using pub..
I actually drove in for about 5 mins, drove back out and drove back in and out total about 15 mins. No ticket bought or visited pub.
PPC has me on ANPR on PNC but only 1 in and out.
I'm going to request SAR to include CCTV aswell as ANPR as they dispute 2 entries
Is PE template better in this case of if it goes that far?

If they have only supplied ANPR images (of your VRM at the entrance and exit) then they don't use real-time CCTV.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
