If possible, do not file an AoS before 11th November, but otherwise, there is nothing to be gained by delaying it.To file an AoS, follow the guidance in the Dropbox file linked from the second post in the NEWBIES thread.Having filed an AoS, you have until 4pm on Wednesday 9th December 2020 to file your Defence. That's over four weeks away. Plenty of time to produce a Defence, but please don't leave it to the last minute. To create a Defence, and then file a Defence by email, look again at the second post on the NEWBIES thread - immediately following where you found the Acknowledgment of Service instructions.Don't miss the deadline for filing an Acknowledgment of Service, nor that for filing a Defence.5

            Brilliant thanks @KeithP.
This is my first task for Monday morning to get everything down in writing on my laptop and planned out with the key dates to hit.
As suggested I’ll post the AoS copy in here for review and then prepare the defence.
Some help with the defence would be great if that would be possible within this thread, mainly around the fact of hirer/lease and assumptions on who was driving.
Monday will post again with the AoS and defence prep.1

My mistake @KeithP, won’t be anything ref AoS, instead first two paragraphs of defence as suggested by @RedxKeithP said:
No, we don't want to see anything about your Acknowledgment of Service. Just follow the guidance I have pointed you towards - but not before next Wednesday.landylife said:As suggested I’ll post the AoS copy in here for review...

Mmm. Not a good start !! Please read the info provided extremely carefully , there is little margin for error
Stop rushing , there is no rush , AOS is ok next Wednesday and the paragraphs after that , spend the interim time reading and researching the advice here2

Appreciate your concern, but I will ensure I’m passing the correct information to you on here. I will read and re-read the correct post in the newbies before issuing anything for AoS and will only do so after instructed date by @KeithP.Redx said:Mmm. Not a good start !! ive got the dates recorded and the thread posted to refer to in here, and will prep first thing Monday for AoS response and then following that the defence paragraphs as suggested.0

It's your rushing that concerns me , as if you are not digesting the info
Spend a week researching , hen do what has been said , apart from the SAR if not done already , everything else can wait for 5 or more days whilst you get up to speed
Nothing needs to be done on Monday2

absolutely, understand there is no rush, I’m a project manager so it’s my nature to get everything lined up to digest. I just wanted some guidance today so I can act appropriately and meticulously.Nothing will be rushed, and everything will be digested properly. I appreciate your concern on my rush, but please be aware it’s only for info gathering, not action.2

            hi all,
Working on this paperwork now, and noticed on the "Particulars of Claim" they reference two PCNs both with same reference code, even though it should be two offences. Guess this is a key point to pick up on is the fact the CCBC is filed incorrectly. Only a point to note for now, i'm preparing the SAR and AoS now, but will leave it a few further days for the AoS before submission to ensure i've got it nailed.0
