    Thanks @Coupon-mad
Can i just confirm that the WS can be submitted to the email for the CCBC and labelled as Urgent etc? and also the claimant solicitor - essentially same as i did for the Defence
NO, the Notice of Allocation should tell you that you send the WS to the court where your hearing will be.  Use any e-mail address you have for the claimant that they have used for contacting you, failing that, the address for service will be on the original claim form.
Got ya, just in time @Le_Kirk
Got the email direct for the local court over the phone.  Awesome thanks!

Just to be clear on this...

The CCBC plays no further part once the Claim has been transferred to the Hearing Court.

    Update following telephone hearing.
Case went in favour of claimant, but the Judge went against the claimant with their request for additional fees for legal support, so in all the final charge was £100 lower than originally requested, essentially dropping the "VAT and recovery fee" that DCBL tried to add on.
Not a win, but better than the full wack, given they were pushing for a further £180 legal fees.
21 days to pay according to the Judge.

Thanks for all your help in preparing the Defence and WS, unfortunately not my way, but just shows how supportive this community is.
    Thanks!

Interesting outcome and not too damaging if the Judge looked at everything and decided the signage was clear, etc.

Did you defend as admitted driver at the hearing, and didn't talk about the non-compliance of the Claimant to transfer liability to you as hirer (a technical legal point we gave you early doors)?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Defended as driver of the vehicle.  Unfortunately with the transfer of from the lease company from a NTK to NTH it was admitted as driver of the vehicle at the two times.

DCBL failed on the mugging. For their failure to collect, assume they will let off the PPC the charges.
Bread and dripping for them tonight
