            1) YOU know the dates to hit! Thje court order will have told you this, with no ambiguity. IF you cannot see a date for filing documents which indlcudes WS and exhibits, then the order is incomplete and you must contact thte court for clarty
 2) Who is paying the court hearing fee (I assume that is what you refer to?) of £55 (sure? usually a hearing fee is £25) do you mean? The claimant
If you have a counter claim in play, the claimant pays the hearing fee and that copvers claimn and counter claim. IF the claimant discontinues then YOU have to pay the hearing fee for the counterclaim. Obviously, if there is no counterclaim, then you are never going to pay ANY hearing fee, EVER, upfront, and so never need to claim it back as costs.3

I'll drop a scan of the court order into the forum when i've had chance to scan it. Ultimately no later than 28 days before the hearing date, and quotes a 21st May for the payment of the fee which reads like a hearing fee.
Pause on the feedback until i've got you a scan up

You know - because you looked at the gov website yes? - that a claimant pays the hearing fee. The hearing letter will also say this.
No need for a sdcan. If it says no later than 28 dayss before, then that is your deadline!3

            "Unless the claimant does"
So, theyre paying it. Youre not the claimant.4
