Also, during the PCN i'm fighting, my wife (2nd witness) lost her job. Should this be incorporated into mine or her WS, or would it be classified as irrelevant?0 -

Can i just confirm that the WS can be submitted to the email for the CCBC and labelled as Urgent etc? and also the claimant solicitor - essentially same as i did for the Defence0 -
Just had the WS from the Claimant. Lots of picking apart of the Defence template, lot of direction to a "forum" common template etc.
Getting my WS tidied up and then over to the CCBC, then to start to understand their WS!0 -
What they do not understand is that, for those unfamiliar with contract law, the internet is an excellent source of information. How else, without engaging a solicitor, do we fight these scammers. I am sure that most/alll judges would agree.
You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
Thats true @D_P_Dance
Well my WS is largely based off the WS in the forum, with the addition of my narrative of the situation. Only the hearing will tell.
Witness Statement & Evidence submitted to CCBC email and dcbLegal.0 -
NO, the Notice of Allocation should tell you that you send the WS to the court where your hearing will be. Use any e-mail address you have for the claimant that they have used for contacting you, failing that, the address for service will be on the original claim form.landylife said:Thanks @Coupon-mad
