In order to maximise your time to develop your Defence, do not acknowledge service (AOS) until @KeithP has advised deadlines. In the unlikely event of not getting a response from Keith, hold your AOS until 12th November.landylife said:Issue date 6th Nov 2020.Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. But those actions should have been taken at the time the LoC/LBC was received, a month ago. Still get the SAR away, but denying any debt to BWL is rather academic now, they're already suing you! Keep it for your Defence and the Judge!landylife said:Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. Question: noticed there is different advice about parkingeye, is that parkingeye as a company or the idea of the cameras viewing your number plates? My claim isn’t via ParkingEye, but it has got visual recognition of number plate on entry to the car park. Just wanted to check im preparing in the correct way!0

ParkingEye is a private parking firm. The name means nothing else and shouldn't be misread or misused as shorthand for ubiquitous ANPR cameras found at thousands of private car parks around the country.

Ok no problem so it’s not parkingeye that’s clear.0

The camera systems are ANPR , that is the only meaningful meaning , acronym or initialism , just like a Dyson is not a Hoover so you do not Hoover up with a Dyson !! 😋
Parking Eye is a parking company , that's it !
Reading back I thought you had replied to dcbl weeks ago. Plus already done the SAR weeks ago too according to a previous post of yours
Pointless going back to DCBL now a claim ihas been issued on behalf of the claimant2

Annoyingly I posted my initial post the day I got the LoC, but realise now it’s dated 7th October. I still thought I had time to deny and SAR, but clearly the postal delay created the loss of time.
Either way will follow your advice @Umkomaas and do the SAR and save everything else for the defence/judge.
will post Monday the AoS for review and await dates from @KeithP as you have all suggested.
thanks for your help, really appreciate it.0
