It's not a "ccbc" file. Ccbc is a business centre. They have filed their CLAIM incorrectly. You state the claim as pleaded is incorrect. Never ever use the word "offence" though. 

Why in hell are you waiting a few days for your aos? There's !!!!!! all to prepare there. Do it after 5 days from issue, online, takes two minutes.

Thats true, AoS can be submitted today i've just been through the dropbox file, so its all clear.
Reference the Claim incorrect statement, i assume that is made in the defence?

Question - I'm submitting the SAR today to the DPO.  Should i mention the incorrect claim in the SAR letter or ignore it and save it for the defence and later stages?

All you want from the DPO is your data.  No need to put anything else and complicate matters.

Understood, this is what i'm asking for with the SAR:

1.       All photos taken

2.       All letters/emails sent and received

3.       PDT machine record from day of PCN

4.       All data held including a full copy of the PCN and NTK

5.       Complete list of all PCNs outstanding against myself and this VRN – any claim against myself must be for all PCNs, and not processed on separate claims.

Yep, you won't get the PDT record unless it refers to your VRM.  You will only get photos of your car.

Some people prefer to call it VRM - vehicle registration mark (which is apparently the correct term).
