Its only happened this year, so maybe less of an easy win via popla/pofa.
I'll get onto the templates asap, i've got the complaint out with landowner and MP also, so few distributions out there already.
So they have been quicker off the mark and not waited years

But POFA was enacted in 2012 with no subsequent changes so a POFA win is just as easy at Popla today as it's ever been , but you did not follow the correct appeal procedures at the time , so are now in a more difficult position caused by not appealing to bank and then to popla
  • Thanks, my bad on this one but I hope I can find the way out of it with your amazing support!

    The ways out are:
    - pay up
    - win IF they try court.
This is their process, not yours.
  • Absolutely yeh, I hope that the landowners complaint helps in this situation.

You've read the NEWBIES THREAD 2nd post properly now, we hope, and are not sending the SAR to the solicitor...?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:

Yup, SAR to the DPO at Bank Park Management.
    Deny to dcblegal.
Letter out to MP and land owner - complaint.
  • Update: just received the CCBC Claim pack in the post.
Letters/email pdfs are out to DCBLegal and DPO Bank as directed last time.

You need to refer back to the NEWBIES and check out what to do with a county court claim form, i.e. complete the AoS.  What is the issue date of the claim form?  If you post it here @KeithP will be along to give you some advice and deadlines.  Do NOT submit the AoS on-line until you have read his post.  Do you have a Government Gateway account as you use it in conjunction with the info given in the CCBC pack

Read the second post of the newbies FAQ sticky thread near the top of the forum

Email a SAR to the DPO at the PPC attaching a copy of the claim form as proof of I D under the GDPR law , if not done already

Post the issue date from the claim form below

Read the template defence and adapt the two paragraphs as befits your case , then post the two paragraphs below , for critique

Do the AOS 5 or more days after the issue date , doing it online on the CCBC website, do not put any characters at all into the defence box , you will be emailing it in a few weeks time
  • Issue date 6th Nov 2020.
