So has anyone got their phone yet? I too have taken a gamble..if not then it will be a claim from the card company as it is also their responsibility to ensure that they don't approve and signup rogue merchants.
Cloudbowski if you get your order, please do update. Good luck!
Why do people think it's the banks responsibility to police retailers?

They have nothing to do with retailers. Plus remember these are not UK based co's. So how would any UK bank be able to stop a foreign co from trading?

Be aware that retailer can contest any chargeback, so you could still lose. Card regulations are not a 100% right to your money back.
    Even a S75 could fail.
Thanks for your note! They are UK based company and yes, it is credit card companies responsibility to vet and approve legitimate business and hence they ask for their identity proofs and all documents in the UK. Otherwise would not be it easy for any tom, !!!!!! and harry to set up a credit card payment shop and rob people?
Everything can be contested and I am not denying it - lets wait and see and I will for sure update what happens to mine.
Credit card companies have no responsibility over retailers who take payments.
That is down to the retailers merchant bank to vet and approve the company (might not even be a UK bank, they hold a account with). Two totally different beasts. One is Consumer based the other is Business.
You say they are a UK company. Are they registered at companies house, or are you just taking it as they are showing a .co.uk website and put a UK address on their site?
Yes, they are registered with companies house with the Tech Elite Limited, as stated on their website. The thing is that that there is nothing that they have stated which is incorrect, including delivery times. And yes there are things which raises doubts and suspicion. 26 more days to go until I receive my order.
Here's the "registered office" (very swanky) https://www.google.com/maps/place/19-20+High+St,+Kington+HR5+3AX/@52.2034784,-3.0301126,3a,75y,341.65h,90t/data=!3m7!1e1!3m5!1sUH3kKyWFnun7vI1giJOcKA!2e0!6s//geo1.ggpht.com/cbk?panoid=UH3kKyWFnun7vI1giJOcKA&output=thumbnail&cb_client=search.gws-prod.gps&thumb=2&w=86&h=86&yaw=341.64557&pitch=0&thumbfov=100!7i13312!8i6656!4m13!1m7!3m6!1s0x48702450c4ae3bb5:0xcf1d715fbe03f87d!2s19-20+High+St,+Kington+HR5+3AX!3b1!8m2!3d52.2035652!4d-3.0301449!3m4!1s0x48702450c4ae3bb5:0xcf1d715fbe03f87d!8m2!3d52.2035652!4d-3.0301449

Interesting that this used to be the registered office that is probably his house (he's doing well for himself unless he's still living with his parents)  https://www.google.com/maps/place/184+Dingle+Ln,+Solihull+B91+3PB/@52.4032275,-1.7933721,3a,75y,296.09h,90t/data=!3m8!1e1!3m6!1sc-T3gSIbeTYE99NX0RvZdw!2e0!3e11!6s//geo2.ggpht.com/maps/photothumb/fd/v1?bpb=ChEKD3NlYXJjaC5nd3MtcHJvZBJmCjgJd4aP1sW5cEgR4PSHvaWdr14aJAsQ04W4QhobEhkKFAoSCXeGj9bFuXBIEZ_fdtXQp1_8ELgBDBIKDZUYPB8VElju_hoSCekWOeTGuXBIEVFZAuACdz_NKgoNlRg8HxUSWO7-GgQIVhBW&gl=GB!7i13312!8i6656!4m8!1m2!2m1!1sfowgay+hall+184+dingla+lane!3m4!1s0x4870b9c5d68f8677:0x5eaf9da5bd87f4e0!8m2!3d52.4032149!4d-1.7934318

Strange that he'd bother to move his registered office to some dingy flat in the middle of nowhere, miles and miles away from his home address though.   You'd think he could find a dingy flat a bit nearer home.

  • AD. At Argos, they are from £849 to £899! Hardly a saving at £700? And with 20% VAT, charges and import duty to top that as well.

I don’t know what phone Argos is selling but it won’t be the Note 20 Ultra 256Gb at the price you mentioned.
Have you got your bargain yet?

Their trust pilot reviews are fake. I have never heard from any genuine person that they have received phone. Their ssl certificate for the website expires in nov 2020 and date given to all customer is in December. I have a feeling that company/website will shut down in December.

I think if anyone can make money like this and banks can't even revert electronic money then there is something seriously wrong here. Its just so easy to do things like that...

As OP cannot be bothered to update, what do you think? But why should my bank/credit company customers be out of pocket for your rush to buy cheap?

Sorry guys, this is my first post as I have been searching up about this company. I can tell you that I am very nervous about everything.
I have paid them for a Note 20 Ultra. After I paid using my Credit Card, I was told it was coming from Australia and delivery is going to be around 9th December. They told me I couldn't cancel the order as it had been dispatched! It had only been 12 hours since I place the order. But apparently they are very fast at dispatching. So, I guess, I am stuck until the 9th of December.
I sent them further emails regarding my concerns, but I was told it was worth the wait. Their replies to my emails were prompt and they said they would give me a full no quibble refund if I was not happy with the Phone. When I questioned the slow pace delivery, they said to me that was the trade off for getting the phone for a discount price.
I'm very anxious now and don't know what to do. I feel like I have been scammed, but they are telling me to wait for the phone.
Would the credit card company accept a chargeback if I made it after the 9th of December?
Why should they? You pay peanuts, you get monkeys!
OP has nothing to update, so isn't clogging the thread with pointless replies, seriously, please can you resist from commenting on this thread, you're still here gloating and delighting in others' concern. There must be a more constructive use for your time.

@ AbsBerks - my window is still 5th to 26th November, waiting for the 26th to pass for now, best of luck!

  • I too ordered an iPhone and an iPad. The delivery estimate is at the end of the month but to be honest I think it's a scam. I kept an eye on these discussions and also on their Trusted Reviews page, which looks fake as hell. They delete/report all the negative reviews so that's a massive alarm bell.

Also I noticed something that hasn't been discussed, at least 3-4 reviewers mentioned the fact that they ordered 2 items by mistake and they were promptly refunded for the one ordered by mistake. This happened to me too. I thought it was my mistake but after seeing those reviews I think it's their strategy to gain your trust for a while.
  • They've reported 4 (suspected) bad reviews today from what appears to be real reviewers unlike the others. My order is due very soon and I'm very worried. I'll update when I receive my phone (which will hopefully be within this month)

Hi. I just read the reviews of 3 Pin Products on Trustpilot and they look very much fake. For example, two of them are poorly written in English and praising how they're selling iPhones for so cheap.

And when it comes to negative reviews.. most of them are hidden away. If they aren't, 3 Pin Products replies to them in the most disrespectful and hostile way they can.

How on earth are they allowed to go on like this? They should be investigated and held accountable.
  • Anyone else ordered more by mistake and was refunded?

Good lord, is this thread still chugging along?  How many more people have bought what amounts to a lottery ticket with the hope of winning a phone?  Is it really worth all this delay and angst?
