The review of Trust Pilot are not trust worthy as most of the recent negative review have been blurred. I have emailed to them regarding the delivery and they have prompt reply in 10 minuted with assurance of delivery from Malaysia in 3 to 4 weeks and One year UK warranty. from any of the UK base customer.I have also inquiry to my Bank and credit card fraud department. They said as of now they have no complaint about this company and site. They can't help me in this case. If any issue with the supplier your credit card will decline automatically.I am bit confuse and waiting for any reply from any UK customer. Please post if anybody will receive the delivery.
The company phot that somehas put - they are an online company and do not need a fancy office, so I will accpet that. Mine is to be delivered on 2nd December, so I will update. But there are two more people LipMarch and CloudBowski who will get before me... I think the more we read these discussions, more concerned we get. People who have bought have taken a gamble, lets wait to see what comes out of that.0 -
Hi all..
I ordered from this company, and did a chargeback with my credit card company. (Halifax/Bank of Scotland)
i wrote a review on trust pilot.. however 40 minutes later he has reported it.
this was my review -
Ordered an iPhone 11 pro over a month ago, seller said to "be quick as stock is running low, and won't be getting anymore in" I ordered an hour later.
Then, next day, I get an email saying my order will be delivered over a month later due to being shipped from warehouse 3. ( I was under the impression my order would be sent from UK)
I ask to cancel as I don't want to wait that long, seller refuses as apparently its now on the boat.
Wait 2 weeks, suspicion arises, tech address takes you to a barclay bank on the High Street.
Start looking into it more, website seems lacking, comms remain great throughout. Sellers only leg to stand on is that the company has been open a year ( I started a company a year ago) start looking into it and the owner of the company owned one previously.
Contact my credit card company, they said they'll do a charge back temporarily, and if my item does arrive, they will cancel the charge back.
Seller cancels my order and says he has blocked my ip address.
Nope, doesn't sound suspicious at all

It's possible that 3PP is run by one individual and this is nothing more than an elaborate scam where he posts 5 star reviews on Trustpilot as a means to seem everything works normally. Plus, the whole "wait until __ days" should be a red flag.
I mean, just look at these reviews:
Suspicious and even somewhat creepy because it was done intentionally.
P.S. Trustpilot still hasn't replied after all this time. Sigh. I would suggest to report to your local Trading Standards and/or Citizen Advice for help with it.1 -

I wish you will get delivery soon. They are not fraud. I had very bad experience last year. I have purchased Garden Swing approx £195 from Advertisement on Facebook. Their office was in London and exactly behaving like this. No phone number and they replied by email only. I didn't get any delivery. Finally I had claimed my money back by Credit Card company.

This thread is so strange. New posters popping up all over the place, some with tales of woe, others saying it's all legitimate. Weird reviews appearing in the same timeframe. The OP popping up sporadically to scold those of us who've been sceptical from the outset.
It's all going a bit Four Seasons Total Landscaping.
