Tell me that's not suspicious.
Besides, Google Maps shows this is not an actual business location based on the address from 3PP's website.
Obviously we didn’t read all this and then placed our orders. When I placed my order I couldn’t find anything regarding that company so I hope this thread helps other people0 -

I ordered from this company, and did a chargeback with my credit card company. (Halifax/Bank of Scotland)
i wrote a review on trust pilot.. however 40 minutes later he has reported it.
this was my review -
Ordered an iPhone 11 pro over a month ago, seller said to "be quick as stock is running low, and won't be getting anymore in" I ordered an hour later.
Then, next day, I get an email saying my order will be delivered over a month later due to being shipped from warehouse 3. ( I was under the impression my order would be sent from UK)
I ask to cancel as I don't want to wait that long, seller refuses as apparently its now on the boat.
Wait 2 weeks, suspicion arises, tech address takes you to a barclay bank on the High Street.
Start looking into it more, website seems lacking, comms remain great throughout. Sellers only leg to stand on is that the company has been open a year ( I started a company a year ago) start looking into it and the owner of the company owned one previously.
Contact my credit card company, they said they'll do a charge back temporarily, and if my item does arrive, they will cancel the charge back.
Seller cancels my order and says he has blocked my ip address.
Nope, doesn't sound suspicious at all
It's possible that 3PP is run by one individual and this is nothing more than an elaborate scam where he posts 5 star reviews on Trustpilot as a means to seem everything works normally. Plus, the whole "wait until __ days" should be a red flag.
I mean, just look at these reviews:
Suspicious and even somewhat creepy because it was done intentionally.
P.S. Trustpilot still hasn't replied after all this time. Sigh. I would suggest to report to your local Trading Standards and/or Citizen Advice for help with it.1 -

I'd not be surprised if Trustpilot found out that it was 3PP doing those positive reviews.1 -

Also, the foul-mouth scammer has toned down from insulting people on Trustpilot so he knows he's being monitored by others on the web. Too little too late for him.0 -
Trustpilot has made an update, more of a warning for honest people.
Good to see 3PP isn't getting away with scamming people.1 -
Me:Not only negative reviews are removed sir – the fake positive ones are too and your jealous competitors will not leave fake 5 star reviews! You have very tactfully dodged my question on this. Please don’t pretend, you know what I am talking about and I have mail from TP as evidence, enough for me to claim prove to my bank whats going on and why I am claiming a refund. Re the order you would also note that immediately when it updated it would be from Australia, I asked it to be cancelled. You asked me that you cannot as it has been despatched. You never provided proof that it has been on that day when it said it is? When and if I receive it, I will request it to be returned straightaway and that’s the whole thing I want to save – you will send me a prepaid label, cost and time for that as well me having to wait that long, if I chose to. So, once again, I kindly request to cancel my order and refund. When you receive the phone, don’t send to me. You can send it to other customers who would place an order and deliver it from your ‘UK warehouse’. You have no valid reason not to cancel and refund but if you want to escalate this to next level involving bank, police and social media and want to deal with all that in addition to the daily barrage of emails and TP reviews, that’s your choice!
3PP:The only reviews which are being removed, are mainly the negative ones which we report if the person leaving them, doesn’t provide proof of purchase. If TrustPilot are investigating the 2 positive ones that you’re referring too, then this is down to their own discretion, but it has nothing to do with us. We receive fake reviews on a daily basis from jealous competitors who are frustrated that we’ve taken away their business, hence why many get reported because we don’t tolerate people trying to damage our reputation for no good reason. As you can see, there are many negative reviews which we haven’t reported, this is because they’ve been left from genuine customers. You yourself also left a review which we’ve responded too, we didn’t report it, or asked for it to be taken offline. With the greatest of respect, you placed an order knowing what the delivery time was. You then leave a review raising your concerns which we responded too. Now you are asking for a refund because you don’t like what people who’ve never ordered from us, are saying about us on a forum! This is not a genuine or valid reason for a refund, and your card issuer will tell you the same. We kindly ask you to be patient, your order is will be arriving soon, and if it doesn’t, then we will give you a full no quibble refund. We cannot be any fairer than that.

Me:
Good Morning! I have had some faith in you and was thinking that you guys are really being abused by many people for starting a business and selling cheap phones. However, I don’t think that is the case.Sam Brown has left a review on TrustPilot about your number of reviews fluctuating and he is right! I have been monitoring trustpilot since I ordered and on Monday evening there were 153 reviews when I last saw..yesterday morning they had dropped to 103 reviews..you know that he is right because fake reviews have been removed by TP..you did not report his review because TP knows what has happened...you ask for evidence...see attached reviews as they have been removed too...I have more screen shots
On top, forget about others people, I had written to TP content Integrity Team about my doubts, which I had also raised in my reviews and they have now confirmed that they have reviewed and removed the fake ones. You would have got a warning too from them.
Your whole warehouse moving from Australia to Malaysia in a day is unbelievable as well when Australia reports less than 10 cases a day. Your delivery times are slow, but despatch times are fastest in the world – because then you have excuse to say that phone has despatched and you cannot cancel – although you have been able to cancel orders where chargebacks have been issued. I have been watching you guys and although I still somehow believe my phone will be delivered – I don’t want it now. Please cancel the order and refund – I know you can! or let me know if you want me to get it done through my bank which will be a more messy affair!
3PP:The outbreak was at the warehouse, a few members of staff have tested positive, so for caution, they have closed the main part of the warehouse for a fortnight. You will receive your order on the date given to you. With Regards,

Me:
Just saw your reply on the TrustPilot about Covid Outbreak in Australia – are you sure as the number of cases in Australia in last 10 days have been less than 10 a day. I didn’t want to discuss it there so asking now.
Anyway, I am more concerned about getting my phone with UK Samsung Warranty as sold with, doesn’t matter where it comes from and I hope it gets to me by 2nd December or earlier.
