Just to warn, I have not hijacked this thread...but I did want to share something which I found a bit worrying about the website.I have sent them a rather long email, which followed their super fast response...well, 12 hours later I don’t have a reply. My original question was about which iPhone choice is located which warehouse. Simple question - stock management. The response came through within 10 minutes - generic really, explaining that stock is selling fast blah blah, they don’t know. So, this was my response.Thank you for the swift response, however, please correct me if I am wrong here.Your supplier? That makes the company (3 pin products) a middleman? The broker between the purchaser and the supplier. Please advise how you can guarantee the authenticity of the product you advertise and sell, at such low prices? Or that the products in question, have not “fallen off the back of the lorry”?Especially as the website only advertises certain stock for certain amount of days/weeks.My original question was regarding which colour of the device is located at the UK or Ireland based warehouse, not where it’s guaranteed to arrive from.As a website which advertises a product, you should have not only stock visibility but also location of the stock visibility (I know this, because I’m in merchandising). Otherwise, you are processing a payment without full knowledge of stock, or up to date information. At any one point, broker or direct supplier knows where the stock is. Please advise on my original question.Pardon for being suspicious of your low prices, as they are simply both affordable and unrealistic all at the same time. How can you prove that these are UK spec phones and not China or Japan (which are closed to your price point) specs. The taxes and excise duty, which you claim are included (possibly due to it being sent via gift method or other alternative methods), are still under the actual market value.Example - for instance, £479 for the phone and £60 for Australia to UK courier (which is 2 days, courier service which you do not provide an option to select). 3.5% duty is £18.87 and vat £111.58. Totalling £669.45 which is under its market value. How and why is the phone priced at more than 60% discounted rate?I appreciate your response to all of my questions.Whilst I’m still sitting here waiting for a response, which clearly will not come. I will however say this...upon comparing their prices of handsets to the “Oceanic” prices - I’m suspicious that the handsets are actually Chinese / Japanese. The IPhone SE posted on this thread - I don’t know anything about SE models, but I couldn’t find the CE stamp on the back of that phone, and the logo looked smoked. I don’t know if that’s the new version of SE, I’ve never actually paid any attention to them.1

I received the below when querying the long delivery times:
"Hello,When it’s dispatched later, our supplier will tell us where it’s coming from. Stock constantly fluctuates from in stock to sold our between warehouses from now until shipping. If your item is sent from the Oceania warehouse, it comes via government sea freight container loads, hence the potential ETA, so to reflect this, we have taken £400 off the UK RRP.

Too good to be true?
Thanks,

Then I began looking up into the company reviews and literally any detail I could find about them. The more I look into it, the more I'm convinced that I fell for a scam, or at least a supposed scam. (It all looked dodgy from the very beginning. My want for a shiny new one blinded me from it.) I immediately request my bank to hold my pending transaction (yes, I got lucky here) and tried to cancel from the actual website, which somehow surprisingly worked.
So in the end, I got my money and a very important life lesson.

So has anyone got their phone yet? I too have taken a gamble..if not then it will be a claim from the card company as it is also their responsibility to ensure that they don't approve and signup rogue merchants.
Cloudbowski if you get your order, please do update. Good luck!0 -
Sorry guys, this is my first post as I have been searching up about this company. I can tell you that I am very nervous about everything.
I have paid them for a Note 20 Ultra. After I paid using my Credit Card, I was told it was coming from Australia and delivery is going to be around 9th December. They told me I couldn't cancel the order as it had been dispatched! It had only been 12 hours since I place the order. But apparently they are very fast at dispatching. So, I guess, I am stuck until the 9th of December.
I sent them further emails regarding my concerns, but I was told it was worth the wait. Their replies to my emails were prompt and they said they would give me a full no quibble refund if I was not happy with the Phone. When I questioned the slow pace delivery, they said to me that was the trade off for getting the phone for a discount price.
I'm very anxious now and don't know what to do. I feel like I have been scammed, but they are telling me to wait for the phone.
Would the credit card company accept a chargeback if I made it after the 9th of December?

As they've said, the delay is the price you pay for the discount. How much did you "save" over the UK RRP? I hope you've factored in the possibility of paying import duty as well? If levied, it will be paid by the delivery company who will then pass the cost onto you, with an administrative fee on top.0
