I'm not sure it would be possible for a site to more clearly a scam than this. Iphone 11? If you're very lucky you'll eventually get a no-brand Android phone with specs equivalent to a 2011 iphone.
Two clicks away on google using shopping, 4.1 trust pilot, similar positive reviews elsewhere, answers immediately to email... as for your unhelpful, judgemental comment, hope it made you feel superior for a few moments
But that's the problem.  These scams work because, at least superficially, they appear above board.  But the slightest bit of investigation and it all unravels. The Trustpilot reviews are obviously bogus (and Trustpilot should NOT be trusted at all anyway) and all there really is is a few positive Trustpilot reviews.

I mean here's a gem from today "So far, I've ordered the Black 128gb iPhone 11. Emails have been responded to very fast, the site and phone seems genuine, I'm happy with the price but I'm giving this 4 stars since the phone is being shipped from an international warehouse (even though I live in the UK) so it won't come in time for my birthday. I would like it to come earlier but that might not be possible. I will write another review when I receive my phone."

So the guy has left a positive review for a product that he hasn't received, and also says the phone, that he hasn't received yet, "seems genuine." Okay then...

Nobody on here is doing it to feel superior, but to point you to the obvious signs so that you, and others, don't fall for it (again.)

No, I'm trying to help you avoid losing money this way again in the future. There's nothing shameful about being gullible, but this site is so clearly fraudulent then if you're falling for it then you are gullible. The important thing is that now you know that you're gullible, you can take steps to limit your risk in future, by only buying from absolutely nailed on, household name legitimate sites.

No, you offered no 'hep' in your replies, just seemingly gloating comments from a place of superiority - in your own words, you "criticised my naivety", great 'help'. If you have nothing at all constructive to offer, don't chime-in at all, you're showing your true colours.

No I didn't. Those were somebody else's words. You don't have very good attention to detail and aren't very good at reading things, so I'd like to offer this constructive piece of advice: don't buy stuff on the internet unless it's from John Lewis.

In that case, apologies but your original reply was equally as pointless. Move on, please, you're clogging the thread up.

  • What advice do you want. Do a chargeback, but that will not work! Claim on PayPal? Buy from a reputable trader.

    Or get some common sense!

Not the answers you want, but then again, I have not been ripped off buying my iPhone 11 this week.
    Why won't it work?

    OP
From your 1st post "Would anyone be able to give an opinion or info on this type of site, "

You got what you asked for. People have given their opinions on it, Yet you attack them. Nothing superior about a statement of the obvious.
Here comes the multi-thousand post count cavalry!
I've attacked nobody, merely made observations on unhelpful, unnecessary comments. Silence would have been more beneficial. Please lets not pretend folk on these forums don't get a boner from other people's mistakes. I've messed up, it seems but I've literally never bought a phone on the internet and assumed google shopping (top of the SERPs), could be trusted, especially when they held the top five at the time of buying.

I guess I was looking for anyone that may have used the site, with their experience being positive or negative.

  • Would anyone be able to give an opinion or info on this type of site, please - iPhone 11 for £430, catch is is takes weeks to arrive, good reviews on Trust Pilot though and customer service are prompt in replying? - here's the website:  3pinproducts.com
I received the below when querying the long delivery times:
    "Hello,

When it’s dispatched later, our supplier will tell us where it’s coming from. Stock constantly fluctuates from in stock to sold our between warehouses from now until shipping.

If your item is sent from the Oceania warehouse, it comes via government sea freight container loads, hence the potential ETA, so to reflect this, we have taken £400 off the UK RRP.

    With Regards,

    Online Assistance"

    Too good to be true?
    Thanks,
    CB
This site could be a scam, however there are ways of protecting yourself.
First and obvious one is Pay by Credit Card, because the 'finacial contract' is with your Credit Card Company, not the vendor.
The site points out up-front what delivery times can be expected.
I have also ordered a phone from them. Paid by Credit Card. I searched online not just for reviews, but for complaints etc about the website and found nothing.
The website seems to have been setup in April 2019 if I remember the previous information I found correctly.
So, in fairness I guess you could say that the jury is out on this website and the deals that it offers.
Post back if you receive the phone. I will do the same.

I have also saw them advertised online too & had been toying with buying for a few days before pulling the trigger. Paid on my Visa and the bank told me I can make a claim if I don't get my item after 30 days. I went on the premise of the trustpilot reviews which are mostly positive but some point out that the delivery time is staggered which I assume is why they are offering such a low price. I guess by the time the goods arrive, the price will have already dropped in line with most other non UK/grey market sellers, so perhaps this is how they make sales...who knows!

When (or if) it arrives, I will post back with an update.
Just a quick update, I received a Royal Mail tracking number on Friday evening so it looks like my parcel has arrived. I will post back when it arrives
