So has anyone got their phone yet? I too have taken a gamble..if not then it will be a claim from the card company as it is also their responsibility to ensure that they don't approve and signup rogue merchants.
Cloudbowski if you get your order, please do update. Good luck!
As OP cannot be bothered to update, what do you think? But why should my bank/credit company customers be out of pocket for your rush to buy cheap?

Sorry guys, this is my first post as I have been searching up about this company. I can tell you that I am very nervous about everything.
I have paid them for a Note 20 Ultra. After I paid using my Credit Card, I was told it was coming from Australia and delivery is going to be around 9th December. They told me I couldn't cancel the order as it had been dispatched! It had only been 12 hours since I place the order. But apparently they are very fast at dispatching. So, I guess, I am stuck until the 9th of December.
I sent them further emails regarding my concerns, but I was told it was worth the wait. Their replies to my emails were prompt and they said they would give me a full no quibble refund if I was not happy with the Phone. When I questioned the slow pace delivery, they said to me that was the trade off for getting the phone for a discount price.
I'm very anxious now and don't know what to do. I feel like I have been scammed, but they are telling me to wait for the phone.
Would the credit card company accept a chargeback if I made it after the 9th of December?
Why should they? You pay peanuts, you get monkeys!

£709 isn’t Peanuts! It’s my wages for 3 weeks. I apologise for trying to save some money in this current Pandemic. It may have been naive of me thinking this UK based company may deliver quickly as their website shows they have 2 wearhouses in that could deliver within a week. But they had to send it from their 3 warehouse in Australia, which will take 5 weeks.
I am anxious about this, but will hope and prey they deliver by the 9th of December. If they don’t, then I guess I will contact my Card company and ask for their help.

Thanks for your Peanuts and Monkeys analogy.

Why do people think it's the banks responsibility to police retailers?

They have nothing to do with retailers. Plus remember these are not UK based co's. So how would any UK bank be able to stop a foreign co from trading?

Be aware that retailer can contest any chargeback, so you could still lose. Card regulations are not a 100% right to your money back.
    Even a S75 could fail.
Thanks for your note! They are UK based company and yes, it is credit card companies responsibility to vet and approve legitimate business and hence they ask for their identity proofs and all documents in the UK. Otherwise would not be it easy for any tom, !!!!!! and harry to set up a credit card payment shop and rob people?
Everything can be contested and I am not denying it - lets wait and see and I will for sure update what happens to mine.

Yes. I know it’s a lot, but it’s worth more in this country. I thought I’d use it for a year and then sell it. I should get a little bit less back than what I paid for it.

You're right - it's not peanuts. Rather, it is just straight-up nuts for someone on a very low income to spend the equivalent of 3 weeks wages on something as ridiculous as a phone. You do realise that, if you actually receive it, you're going to lose another week + of wages in paying the duty on this phone? And it won't have a warranty you can use it it ever malfunctions.
Here’s the deal. It’s advertised as a UK model Samsung Note 20 Ultra. It is a FULL UK Specification device. 24 Months Warranty is advertised. I have been emailed by them that if anything is not as it should be, then they will give me a full no quibble refund. So, I will have to wait and see. If anything does go wrong, I have found out Section 75 applies to my purchase.

I will keep you guys updated.
