Definitely. You just need to read the reviews, they all say the same thing. And if you look into the addresses there are other new companies registered. Huge scam. How did you pay?
Used my debit debit card, the company has reviews spanning back a good few months, if it's so obviously a scam, I wouldn't expect it to come up on a google shopping search, top of the results? Also, nothing negative online with a search
Contact bank. Chargeback for non receipt of goods, so long as 15 days have passed since debit on your account.

Trust Pilot is no longer a good place for reviews.

I'm not sure it would be possible for a site to more clearly a scam than this. Iphone 11? If you're very lucky you'll eventually get a no-brand Android phone with specs equivalent to a 2011 iphone.
  • I have also saw them advertised online too & had been toying with buying for a few days before pulling the trigger. Paid on my Visa and the bank told me I can make a claim if I don't get my item after 30 days. I went on the premise of the trustpilot reviews which are mostly positive but some point out that the delivery time is staggered which I assume is why they are offering such a low price. I guess by the time the goods arrive, the price will have already dropped in line with most other non UK/grey market sellers, so perhaps this is how they make sales...who knows!

When (or if) it arrives, I will post back with an update.

The Trustpilot reviews are obviously paid for. There was a flurry of activity in March/April, nothing until July, another one in September, and then another burst recently.  If they were consistently selling through that period, where are the reviews?  And where are the bad reviews?  Even Amazon gets a few of those...

reviews showing "invited" says there are 7% bad reviews but looks like they have been removed
I recently purchased something off amazon and was sent a £10 voucher that could be redeemed if I left them a good review, nothing wrong with the product but the voucher went in the bin and no review left as it felt wrong that they wanted to pay for reviews.

Two clicks away on google using shopping, 4.1 trust pilot, similar positive reviews elsewhere, answers immediately to email... as for your unhelpful, judgemental comment, hope it made you feel superior for a few moments

My partner once bought a pair of Brooks trainers from their 'website'. Ended up getting a pair of fake Raybans instead...
