Hi all
Pigpen I sometimes think my DH is on another planet to me, the other day I rushed like mad to get dinner in the sc before I went into work but somehow managed to not switch the sc on at the plug. Despite DH being at home all day, and despite the sc being next to the kettle, he didnt notice that there was no food smell and the big red light on the front of sc was not on. Sigh.
Strange old week here, have been tired, headachy and unmotivated. But its Friday and I finished work at 12.30pm so I set my self a deadline of 2.5 hours to fly. Have hoovered and dusted through, tidied stuff away, cleaned windows, polished mirrors and washed floors. Two loads of washing almost dried outside, a few bits to put away.
Just having a brew now, no idea what we are having for tea, might go and rummage in the freezer in a minute.6 -
YL.. right this minute I wish OH WAS on another planet .. he just messaged me 'break time' I replied 'I wish'
I have utterly trashed my room in the name of 'tidying' .. I have filled half a binbag and found one of the 3 screws I was looking for.
I didn't go to opticians on the way to school so I am going to go now and leave al the beasties with Boog.. and I expect a cuppa made for when I get back! I have an ebay thing to post too but that can wait until tomorrow and OH/AH can post it as he is off work. I might demand he takes the children to park for a bit too,
When I get back I have food to sort and then I can go find the floor in my pit again..
Oh, I made a start on Dot EHCP.. it is about 1/4 done and my head is fried..

Very little motivation here, but I have tidied the kitchen, washed up and wiped all the surfaces down. Downstairs floors have been vacuumed (vacuum now recharging) and I have negotiated a discount on OH birthday present. Tea drunk and washing brought in so I will go and do HHI and put it away.
I wonder if I can get my mid season duvet in the WM, light one goes in. Wanders off upstairs with basket of dry clothes and in search of duvet7 -
No the duvet does not fit in the washing machine I could take it to laundrette but don't want to go out and spend money so it's outside airing in the sun. Dry washing has been ironed and put away. OH due home in a few minutes so I'm calling it a day once I've brought duvet in as sun gone now.

Missy.. bring your duvet here.. I can fit my 13tog superking duvet in mine.
Twinkles specs fixed.
Polly Pusscat went outside and traumatised herself with the oxygen.. she is permanently in a state of high fear.
Having my cuppa and then I might feed the baboons. Ooh I got chicken out last nights.. and mince.. and have a lump of pig to cook..
Still waiting for someone to vacuum the hallway and stairs.. I asked on Tuesday as I was leaving for someone to do it.. it is clear and the vacuum is plugged in ready to go.. so obviously I will just do it myself.
changed my nail appointment from Wednesday to Thursday because I double booked myself for Wednesday..
oh.. I also.. measured all my kitchen units so I can price up new doors to add to my house renovation project.
is it a stupid idea to get a secured loan to pay for the work doing? I can't get a sensible conversation out of AHso I am asking you because you are all sensible. The works will be about £10k (windows, doors, kitchen units, carpets, insulation for which we are hoping to get a grant to cover a chunk of it, plastering and damp course dealing with, and my gas meter moving) I could save the money but with inflation increasing prices the interest will likely be less and I can not wait years for it to all be done.

Morning xx
Another stressful week at the paid stuff leading to a meltdown yesterday morning. I guess it was my turn - everyone is so very stressed at work and it's going to get worse as V has had enough, handed in her notice, leaves next week and won't be replaced so that's 18 hours work that will be added on to the rest of us when we are already so stretched that we rarely spend a day just doing our own job. Anyhow I recovered from my internal trauma (it's good to talk), moved offices again - I'm back in the room that I started in in January, different desk though, and I had pizza delivered for tea ...with chips,,,,and garlic sauce. It was the garlic sauce that I really wantedStuffed crust, the works. Then went to bed at 9.30 as I couldn't stay awake another minute. I'd been nodding in the chair for an hour.
Ahhhh - weekend. But only two days for Weekend Willi to enjoy as I've said I'll work on Monday....and take Friday off, which means that next weekend will be a 4 day weekend. Woot woot.
So, I'm up! I've made my bed and drunk my first brew,
Round 1 =
get dressed
change towels in bathroom
bring laundry hamper down
put rubbish out
feed the birds
That'll do for starters. Then brew 2 methinks.
Stay safe lovely ladies

Piggers in general terms it is not a good idea to take a secured loan, but it does depend upon what it is being secured. If something goes wrong, the loan company can and probably will take what ever the security is.General stuff doneIt looks like rain is building up.B irds fed, had 7 magpies in the garden at once yesterday.Breast Cancer Now 100 miles October 2022 100 / 100miles

Couldn't remember what was on my list but I've just checked and I've done what I said I was going to do + dropped and smashed my Strictly coaster, which wasn't on my list, and started with a headache.
Round 2 =
take parrots
sort washing into loads
set first load swishing
sort washing that's currently on airer and radiators - I washed a load mid-week to try and keep on top of things (don't think it worked judging by the weight of the laundry hamper!)
rinse and recycle cans
coffee
Hope everyone is ok.
