Afternoon all,
Thank you for the lists, I am in.
Work done, all of year 10 (350) sent home due to 5 (!!) positive cases, how much longer can this go on I wonder. I just wish they'd keep them all in school unless they are actually unwell. Being in and out constantly is no good for anyone. It is grey and miserable here today, the woodburner is already laid and will be lit once I've done the school run. Sausages and mash for tea, I might also make some Yorkshire puddings whilst the oven is on. I will watch Boris later, it'll be a depressing laugh if nothing else! I am feeling more unsettled as the days pass. Like you around I am just so exhausted with 2020 and it shows, I am comfort eating which is really bad for me. Anyway pity party over, it's rubbish for all of us, at least we have this lovely thread.YL I hope your first day back has gone well lovely.Take care all xx8 -
Tip run done.. bed, rug and vanity unit binned, 2 boxes and a binbag in CS shed. Cotbed and binbag of pj's taken to DD1. Recycle bins out, 4 full to bursting.
I'm not sure why my house is not actually getting any emptier when I am flinging everything out.
Tomorrow I must make a concerted effort to tidy my sh**pit of a room.

Evening all.
Not much to report here as I have tremendous pain in my shoulder, radiating down to my hands, and also in my back, so Ithis morning I got up, ate breakfast, and went back to bed. I had a z00m meeting this evening, but otherwise I have taken it very easy all day and I'm off to bed again now. Fortunately, tomorrow morning I get to see a real life physiotherapist!
Food was cooked this evening, washing up is being done as I type, courtesy of the DW. It has rained all day so WM had a day off too. Oh yes, I did manage to empty the kitchen bin.
(((Hugs))) all round. Sorry, no spare spoons and I'm useless at throwing atm. Hope everyone has a good day tomorrow.6 -
Morning all
As predicted paid stuff and zoom meeting took up my day yesterday so flying was limited to the dailies, supper was an easy one again so kitchen clean up was quick at least.
Weather supposed to be dry here today so I have a load in the wm and on the timer so that will do while I’m getting myself ready, early meeting this morning so need to get myself moving. Tired again after more time in the WAC, need to find some motivation from somewhere...
Hope you are all ok, GWS vibes to the poorlies, hugs all round, no spare spoons here either sorry x7 -
Not a bad night's sleep considering I am worrying.
going to have a lie in and mentally plan my day.

Morning all,
Not too bad a night’s sleep here either, so why am I fantasising about huddling under blankets on the settee for the day, and hiding from the world?
DH is on a work call, has a real life dr appointment, then has to go into the office for a while. DD is at home all day, but will no doubt be ensconced over books in her room. I have to make a couple of phone calls to sort out appointments for her, as her dislike of the phone is even greater than mine.
Vague list of jobs is:
wash hair, clean bathrooms ( in that order if I remember). Maybe wash the kitchen floor.
look at the 2 worst RoDs - The utility room and the landing, which makes it first appearance as a RoD.sort out the multiplying plastic boxes, because if they fall out of the cupboard one more time, I swear I will scream.
All spare spoons are in a jar by the door. Help yourselves x6 -
Bathroom cleaned
Kitchen S&S'd
Dog hair picked up
WMx1 of 3 nearly ready to hang out
Physio appointment decluttered, pain level shot up during initial examination but calmed down a lot when treated with ultrasound - feeling a bit better now
Next treatment booked for a week on Thursday, plus referral to injection clinic
Now about to report giant hogweed (lots of it) to the Environment Agency: it's dropping its seeds all along the stretch of riverbank by the surgery5 -
OH and I appear to have made a decision regarding Dots assessment. I am to get it booked ASAP .. it is £250 for the initial consultation which I have.We can then book the next 3 sessions and pay when we have the third one. This whole thing will take around 4-5 months so I will havve saved it by then and any not saved will go on his overdraft and I will send him the money instead of myself. This means we can get it done now and not wait until next summer. She is struggling so much. She was trying to make herself vomit this morning because he teacher is off and they have a stand in, she knows the stand in, she's not a supply, but it has tipped her over the edge todya. She came out of school doing her horrible stimming screaming which she usually only saves for at home but it was just too much yesterday.
If you don't mind Fay I will take a few spoons.. I need to start the EHCP process for Dot and tidy my bedroom.. I need all the extra spoons I can get. Having an early pot noodle lunch and heading up to the pit of despair.
TD on
DW on and done.. I need to empty and reload.
WM almost full.Coat on a prewash.. was widdled on.. Nutkin is very naughty.Recycling out2 loads of washing folded and upstairs to be put away.I have food to throw in the sc.. OH finishes work at 5 so he can eat when he gets in.. and then shower Dot and Twinkle. Pixie was scrubbed yesterday and Squeak does herself. She loves the thermals I got her yesterday and said she was warmer as soon as she put it on. Never mind blooming C19 the children will all have pneumonia from the freezing classrooms!.. Yet the pmeumonia might kill them and the C19 is very unlikely to.. Squeak has a delicate chest anyway having had pneumonia a couple of times already.
Boog is not whining for a change.. his new Occulus VR arrived so we have playing in the middle of the room running updates.. The cats are having a mad half hour and 2 pounced on the scratching post so it fell over.. I think they may have had too many dreamies! lol.
I need to scrub myself.. and my thumb keeps bleeding so I have another plaster on today.
So todays tasks..
Bedroom!!!!!
Find screws for the cot . they were all together in a box until the furry fiend knocked it everywhere.
Search the box in the girls room for Squeaks baptism card.. and if it's not there I need to search the Kallax.
DW
WM
TD
it's too damp to hang washing out so I am waiting for DS1 to get up so I can hang on the airers in his room.
Bleach Moomins mould ~ Delegate to OH
Paint the loo and the white in the hallway.
clean litter in the 2 big trays.. they are poop free but very wet and smelly so need a full change. ~ delegate to Boog
Sort old towels to go to my mothers.. Tesco are doing bath towels £1.25 and bath sheets £1.75 so I stocked up with 4 of each, not the best quality but hole free.. so I have some old ones to go to my mothers.. I will then have a whole cupboard of pretty towels!
I WILL have order and not chaos!! I have so much stuff in here.. but it is leaving slowly!
