Bigjenny / Monna I was thinking more of this although I did once have a fat cat who broke the cat flap
Kimwp i can only repeat what Arty said and say you're welcome to post without weighing in if you want or we'll see you next time
Monna I frequently do that using my tablet but before you fall on your sword would you recommend a soup maker?

Life shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin4 -
Hi, just weighing in with a measly 1/2 lb loss despite cutting back to around 1400 calories a day.

Caroby I know it can be annoying when you have tried so hard but a half is still a lossLife shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin4

Brambling -2lb loss please.
Only a few more lb's to go until I reach my final target weight. Had a good look at myself in the mirror, definitely don't want to lose any more weight when I get there.
Just out of interest, when you reach your final target weight what happens on here?. I'm imagining weighing in each week and loads of STS's appearing next to my username!.(Probably wishful thinking on my part).3 -
Marion, that is an interesting point. I'm not sure that I know of anyone who has actually reached their target weight now you come to mention it.
Caroby, dont knock it! Half a pound is half a pound and sometimes your body has to have time to get over the shock of being deprived of its cream buns. You may find that next week you body may realise that you mean business and will, however reluctantly, part with the contents of a few more fat cells. The significant word here is MAY.
Brambling, not sure on the rules about advertising and can't do clever things like links, so I will pm you.
Oh! And the reason for me posting at all is.......wait for it........minus 1lb please.
That pesky pound I put on last week has dragged itself off again.I believe that friends are quiet angels

Monnagran sorry you didn't manage to post yesterday as I always enjoy reading whatever you write. Thought it was worth asking the question about final goal weight.
Brambling I'm not likely to hit target quite yet but I have in the past so it is possible, will wait for your words of wisdom.
Caroby Don't be despondent. The weight will start shifting, I've been losing dribs and drabs and finally I've had a better loss this week.5 -
Marion I'm not sure about words of wisdom from me 😁 once you hit target it's up to you what you do, you can post without weighing in or log STS if you want
well done to you and Monna for your losses this week 👏👏
i made the most of a lovely day and walked into town and back this morning which is 2 miles each way, no need for a jacket as it was so nice. I didn't need anything other than eggs from the farmers market although I picked up some local cheese and some local cooking apples whilst there
lunch was a apple and some of the local cheese 🙂
dinner was roast beef (no Yorkshire's or potatoes) but loads of veg
enjoy the rest of your weekend, I'm going to watch strictly and try and avoid the chocolate left by my sister which is hidden in the bottom of the fridgeLife shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin4 -
Brambling thanks, that's really helpful.5

Hi just stopping by to say that I am not weighing in this weekend, even though I probably should, but I have been told to self isolate and so have been down on the movement/exercise and it also put me in a rotten mood. So a lovely friend helped me with a shop yesterday so we can have a healthy and interesting meal plan for this week, so my best hope is for a sts next weekend.
Congrats to all the losses and yes sometimes the lb sticks but then there might be bigger drops coming up. The body has a mind of it's own. My best meal recently was borscht w feta, so filling and quite lean(I blend it though).Isa help to buy: 1000/3000 33%
