It looks like I'm behind on reporting. I was down 400.5 grams (0.8 lbs) last Sunday and I weighed the same yesterday. One more kilo until I can eat sweet things without worrying too much.

Hello x
Slinks in…hanging head in shame x
Ive been trying and can report a weight loss of 2lbs x
Hope everyone ok - I have been really down so been struggling and not going on internet but now feeling better.
Bonnie has settled down and is beautiful as is Molly dog who keeps me on my toes at night - she wakes up then!!
Anyway I will catch up on all your news.
Lots of love xI must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over and through me. When it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
When the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.6 -
Hi Molly lovely to see you
just remember no shame allowed here
I'm glad you're feeling better. My furry PITA has sent 3 skype messages to the team in the past week as he jumps on the table and collapses on the keyboard, it's a game as to whether i can move the keyboard before he jumps up on the table, he then sits in front of the monitor so i'm trying to work around him
I'm also weighing in with a -2lb lost this weekI just need to not let the newest restrictions drive me to food as following on from lunch I no longer have ice cream in the house or chocolate

I'm slowly plodding on in the background.
Things have settled down with my diet which seem to help with the weight loss
Breakfast - each day a very small amount of porridge without milk or sugar - it just fills me up.
Lunch is a diet cup-of-soup or tin of soup, tom and basil being the favourite, plus a couple of apples or a couple of satsumas.
Dinner:-
maybe a tin of soup followed by no sugar jelly, with or without fruit or yogurt.
maybe a small piece of fish or meat, no potatoes/pasta or rice, just loads of vegetables, followed by fruit. Sometimes a very very small portion of pudding that DH is eating
Maybe some goats cheese, walnuts, celery and fruit. If I'm feeling hungry a tin of beans and a couple of poached eggs fill me up - I have been known to eat the beans cold!!
Snacks throughout the day choice of : more cup a soup, a very odd plain biscuit, a few nuts, a square of plain dark chocolate, a slice of meat(left over roast) I try to keep busy so it doesn't play on my mind.

Morning all,
Thanks Brambling, Monnagran and Marion2 for your wise words of encouragement. I've managed to lose 1lb this week and that's also given me the incentive to keep going and try to ignore temptation, especially the jar of peanut butter I love dipping into with a teaspoon now and then 🙄
Hope everyone has a good week 😊

Well done Caroby
Ditty at least the dog didn't eat your scalesthat could have led to some interesting poop a scoops
Not sure what I'm eating today i have removed some mince from the freezer for dinner so it will be nasi goreng, chilli or spag bol depending on what time i finish work and what temps me later. Not sure about lunch yet, maybe eggs or jacket potato. I did have my first porridge of the winter this morning with a banana so currently i'm thinking lunch may be something light.
Have a good weekend allLife shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin5
