    Morning All,

Well done for losses and STSs and commiserations for any gains.

I finally decided to brave the scales and I really don't know how on earth I've managed it but it was a STS. I've been in a bit of a grump but, fortunately, some days that led to me not bothering to eat much because there was nothing I particularly fancied and I guess they balanced out the days where I wandered round eating everything in sight until I found what I was looking for

Best of luck and stay safe everyone xx

Trying to get back into some kind of eating (and other) routine.

Breakfast - Just had coffee which is really bad. Should have eaten something.
Lunch - Toasted chicken sandwich using some of yesterday's leftovers.
Dinner - Lentil soup which I made this morning.

I'm trying to cut down on alcohol so I'm sitting here drinking sparkling water with a dash of lime cordial.
Have adventures. laugh a lot and always be kind.

Now that the clocks have gone back and I'm back to just me and the cat I'm trying hard to resist the urge to eat as well the scales tomorrow will show if I've been successful or not, my sister is a bad influence on the evening naughties  >:)

I cooked a gammon at the weekend so lots of LOs this week.  Lunch was a gammon sandwich and dinner was a gammon and mushroom risotto (no Parmesan or butter so I'll apologise now to any Italians)

have a good week and hopefully the winter evenings wouldn't invite the munchies  o:):*

Brambling, your uncle sounds delightful.  He has obviously been part of your life for ever, so really hard to lose him.  Your poor aunt.  It's doubly hard to lose a lifetime partner and to have to learn to be alone in your nineties.  So sorry.
