Blue I'm so sorry to hear about senior doggy. No matter how old they are or how much you knew it was coming it's still heartbreaking.
Well done for the losses and STSs and commiserations for any gains. Sorry for being rubbish and not checking in but work's been crazy busy, everyone's trying to use up leave before the end of the year, and I had a couple of days off as well. I keep forgetting to weigh myself first thing in the morning so I'm not really sure how it's going as there's no consistency to when I remember but I'm struggling to get it back under control this time round. On the plus side, I did restart C25K (for about the 100th time) again today and I generally find that I eat better when I'm doing that.
Best of luck and stay safe everyone xx4 -
Good morning, everyone
Thank you all for your kind words about my dear Senior Doggy.
Well done all losers, 👏 keep up the good work STSers, 👍 don’t give up gainers!😀
I managed to meet my sister yesterday for lunch, first time since early March last time until who knows when, as they live several hundred miles away but BIL had business not far from me. My Reading Group is attempting a meeting with tea & cake at an open-air tea room this afternoon, probably the last chance till next year.
Yesterday’s menu:
b : bacon & eggs
l : chicken salad (very big! helped the decision to choose no dessert only coffee)
d : rye bread with marmalade, blueberries with yogurt
Today’s plan:
b : porridge
l : spinach soup with oatcakes, pear
at : the least sugary cake I can find (probably fruit scone)
d : lamb chop, broccoli, courgette; yogurt with blueberries“Tomorrow is another day for decluttering.”Decluttering 2023 🏅🏅🏅🏅⭐️⭐️

Hello everyone, I’m very pleased to say that on Sunday morning not only had I reached my cap weight, I was a whole 500 g under it! That’s the lightest I’ve been in four years. My new goal will be a 3.5 kilo (7.7 lb) loss, getting me to the lower end of my BMI with plenty of clearance between there and my cap weight. Currently I’m not drinking cow’s milk and I’m having soups for lunch. Breakfast is 300g of oats and some raisins or sultanas.

I picked my sister up today until Sunday unless things change and then my BIL will pick her up early. This should be easy as she's is also trying to lose weight to but she's come with a selection of cheeses, peanuts, chocolate and popcorn 🙄 and has already spotted the one cobweb I missed 😐 just as well I love her 😁 I'm hoping there won't be too much rain as I've plans for her to do some gardening
She fed me lunch HM minestrone soup with soda bread. Dinner was a Jamie Oliver recipe for sweet n sour pork, stir fry veg and riceLife shrinks or expands in proportion to one's courage - Anais Nin3 -

Hi happy to report one lb off for me! While my pace have slowed right down, I am still managing to inch off the odd lb with almost no exercise and not much consideration to eat healthily.

Hello All
Brambling -1lb loss please.
No problems this week, still managing a daily walk despite getting slightly damp one morning. might change it to lunchtime as it's very dark when I go out and want to try and enjoy the sunshine. Been really lucky with the weather, mild and sunshine most of the time this week.
Waiting for my manager to call, been told I can't carry leave over to next year so we are about to have that conversation. Need to take all remaining time before 31 March. Probably just as well I've already done my WI3
