    Hello All
well a disappointing sts for me this week, I seem to be stuck in a bit of a rut. Adjusting to home working is not helping either. Am off next week with the kids for half term so not holding out for a loss next week but at least I'll be leaving the house as dentist and eye tests for them booked, ooh the excitement! I think once I'm back to work the following week I'll need to plan in some time each day for exercise even a little should help.

  • Good morning.
A STS for me too again this week. I obviously need a rethink on what I am doing. Got DGD arriving shortly so better go get ready.

Yes, i am in the middle of a virtual lockdown here for at least four weeks, likely to be more.
I think its making me depressed and miserable and in I have  got the baking going again which hasn't helped my diet.
I walk every day but i do so with my Mum who is in her eighties so its fairly slow paced.
I used to swim regularly in a local school pool but thats not happening now. Swimming is my favourite form of exercise by far. Great for burning up the calories and general body toning.

Hi everyone! Thank you @Artytarty for letting me know about this thread. At the start of lockdown, I wanted to lose 6kg, now it's 9kg due to pizzas and attempting to make daim bars, so I'm hoping some accountability will help. When we were all in the office, it really helped me to have a list of treats I didn't eat that I added to whenever donuts, cake etc appeared in the office - it meant the decision was made and there was no more thinking about it, but it's a bit harder working from home.
So I guess for this challenge period 8lbs please. When do we "weigh-in"?

I had issues with my tablet yesterday, but I did weigh in.

An unexciting STS I'm afraid.  I'm relieved.  It could have been much worse.
